Set- It was simple to get up, but I'll have to do it again. I'm the only one in the family who can reach the ends of the rods and string the net on them. But that's to be expected when you're trying to stop batted balls coming from all directions. So far, it's a good product with a solid frame and a strong net. The two aspects of its usefulness that stand out to me. (1) The tee is in the middle of her strike zone at its lowest setting. She stands at a height of approximately 5' 5". This makes it unsuitable for children learning to bat, as the swing will come close to their head at its lowest point. (2) Because I am the only one who knows how to do it. When I'm not around, it's useful to leave it set up. Now, this isn't a big deal, but I'm worried that the UV from the sun will deteriorate the sleeves that keep the net in place. I have no way of knowing whether or not this will occur, but I am concerned that it will. There's no mention of it being UV stable, which is important because we all know how quickly certain materials can degrade when exposed to UV light.
My daughter has been playing softball since she was six years old (she is now thirteen). Her swing has always been a challenge for her to complete. This tee and net (along with the ball caddy) have provided her with a lot of practice time, and she's now hitting triples and is on her way to hitting a home run. Any boy or girl who enjoys baseball or softball should have this simple to assemble net and tee.

Assembly and disassembly are simple and quick, and everything fits neatly into the included compact tote for storage and transportation, making it convenient if you don't want to leave it outside when not in use. Good quality, sturdy construction, adjustable stand, and a nice pocket built into the net for catching those perfect hits. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to others.
I bought this net to encourage the kids to cut in the backyard, and it worked well, though I could have done without the ball holder. The strike zone ripped over time as a result of wear and sun/weather damage. So I contacted Zupapa Customer Service, sent them some photos, and they quickly sent me a replacement, which was fantastic. This product and Zupapa's customer service are both excellent, and I am very pleased with my purchase.
The base legs that the side poles fit into broke after 4 months of daily use, making this hitting net simple to assemble, disassemble, and transport. Customer service was quick to respond and extremely helpful, even offering free replacement parts. We are still using the internet for daily practice and are pleased with it.
We set it up in the garage so he can practice his throwing motion without worrying about hitting the walls or losing baseballs in the yard. He practices his throwing motion and keeps getting better. I also pitch to him while he stands in front of the net, which allows us to do a lot more batting practice without having to chase balls down. For a young baseball player, this is an excellent investment.
The tee ball stand was missing a piece that allows the ball holder to attach to the tee, indicating that the manufacturer has no concept of customer service. I contacted the manufacturer, who informed me that it was a FBA item and that I should contact them. Boooooooooooo. I gave it back to her.
