It is approximately 10 pounds in weight. My 13-year-old hit off the tee in the garage, which we set up.
The bag is not pleated and measures 48 inches long by 11 inches wide when empty and laying flat; however, due to its unusual shape, it is difficult to dimension when full. The weight is 14 pounds. 1 pounds. My 12-year-old daughter is the one who puts it up and takes it down.
I don't have it with me right now, but I'd say it's around 4. Longer than 5 feet.

A 5-year-old who will reach the age of 80. I knew I had to make the purchase because I had 100 balls a night and a 6-year-old who loves to imitate her brothers. I couldn't bring myself to spend more than $70 on it, though. br>br>Then there's ZENY's 7x7 net, which comes in at an AMAZING $40 value! I had some reservations after reading the reviews, but I decided it was worth a shot. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find the following:
- The welds were not shoddy, resulting in a sturdy structure and simple assemblybr>- The stitching is excellent, resulting in a strong netbr>- There was no damage in transit because of the professional packing. br>- Now, as a "Con," the plastic clips on the attachable strike zone are basically garbage. br>br>Now, I WILL say that as a "Pro," the bag for carrying/transporting the contents fits the contents easily. br>br>Now, I WILL say that as a "Pro," the bag for carrying/transporting the contents fits the contents easily. When a ball hit the strike zone's red tape for the third time, the force caused one of the plastic clips to irreparably break; I expect the others to break down soon as well. However, if you tie the ends to the netting/frame or simply replace the clips with small carabiners, clips, or even a hefty paperclip, the strike zone is 100% usable. The clips' lack of durability is the primary reason it receives a 4 out of 5 star rating. Rather than 5, stars. It would be a 5-star rating if they sent long-lasting replacements. Without a doubt, a five-star purchase. BUY, BUY, BUY, BUY, BUY, and BUY, BUY, BUY, BUY, BUY, BU br>br>(I received no discount or compensation for this review; it is my honest opinion. ) In the future, I'd be happy to use/review ZENY's products!.
This net was purchased for my 9-year-old son to practice pitching and hitting. Setup is a breeze. The internet appears to be a valuable resource for us. I like how easy it is to put together and take apart, as well as the storage bag that comes with it. br>br>4 stars because it was not ready "right away. " One of the connectors on the upright poles wouldn't slide into place, so I had to use a dremel tool to smooth it out. There will be no issues after that. br>br>Worth every penny.
My 13-year-old son is a pitcher for his high school baseball team. He's been using it almost every day for pitching and batting practice for the past few weeks, and the metal stakes keep it in place. We measure the distance he needs to walk up a small hill and step from a brick rather than a pitcher's rubber. He hits from a few feet away with a batting tee. The only problem we've had so far is that one of the plastic clips holding the strike zone in place broke on the first day of use. I had re-secured it with a metal D clip. So far, this has been a fantastic investment.
This net is a good size, is lightweight, and is simple to put together. Unfortunately, the aide pole metal attach brackets have come off and are missing, leaving me with an unusable net after only using it about 12 times in the month I've had it. Because of the poor quality of the manufacturing process, I gave it one star. I only used this item 12 times in less than a month before it broke, so I only gave it one star. I would suggest going to a different website.
This is the best baseball coach in the world. My son uses his tee and then repeatedly hits balls into it. It's also great that the net hasn't ripped. I've even taken a few swings from a tee and the net still stays in tact with balls that have an exit velocity of over 85mph. Definitely one of the best for batting and the additional strike zone trainer as well, it works out for him without any issues.
The only disadvantages are that (1) the strike zone fell apart almost immediately, the straps came off the orange rectangle, and we had to sew them back on ourselves, and (2) the plastic inserts in the horizontal bar into which the vertical poles are inserted, were lost almost immediately. Yes, I should have been more cautious, but why are those inserts not glued in? Other than that, after a few months of use by a 14-year-old who hits off the tee and pitches into it a few times per week, it appears to be holding up well.
This is used by my son for pitching practice, and it was easy to set up with the provided instructions. He likes the pitching target because it can be easily adjusted for height as his strike zone changes as he grows. Another advantage is that we can move around easily in the backyard when we mow. For the price, it was a good buy.
It is well-made. It's extremely large. I wish the strike zone could be attached in a more efficient manner. During the first use, the clip had already broken. I'll devise a new method of attachment, most likely using a carabiner rather than the plastic clips. Aside from that, this is a fantastic net.
