Questions & Answers
It's just as good as the ones you can get for $150 at Dicks.
Yes. My sons only throw baseballs from the tee with theirs. For the money, this is a fantastic product.
I've been unsuccessful in locating replacement parts. I'd recommend contacting BowNet for replacement parts (knobs and poles), as I know they do. They could also tell you if the parts are the same size.
To the best of my knowledge, no. Bownet is made up of parts that are similar to those found in Bownet.

A 7' x 7' Bow Net I purchased for a high school baseball team about 7 years ago has a nearly identical design. That net has taken a lot of abuse and still works perfectly. br>br>The ZENY is a close copy of the Bow Net's excellent design, but with a slight reduction in material quality. Thinner- rolled tubing with a thicker wall (the Bow Net appears to be made of cast alloy-like material) Strong welds at the joints make this a heavy piece. WAY MORE HEAVY- duty! ) as well as being a little less expensive- I'm getting a sense of the netting and nylon facings. It doesn't appear to be able to withstand the same amount of abuse as the Bow Net, and it appears to be a little less-durable. Setup is a breeze. When the net is moved, the plastic caps on the frame's ends tend to pop off easily. However, from a distance of 10 feet, it is difficult to tell the difference. br>br>It performs the same functions as the Bow Net in terms of functionality. High school hitters can hit the ball hard off the tee or softly off the ground. Balls are caught by tossers and the net without being tipped over. It also works well as a portable backstop for throwing and fielding drills, as well as for pitchers and catchers working in open areas. Originally, I was going to give this net three stars, but I decided to add a fourth because it is such a good deal at this price. br>br>I was going to give this net three stars, but I decided to add a fourth because it is such a good deal. It includes a nice nylon bag as well as small stakes to keep it in place on windy days. br>br>I'd recommend spending the extra money on the Bow Net if you want some assurance that this device can withstand a beating and will last a long time. It is more powerful/better. However, with some caution (avoiding denting the tubing! ), it can be done. ) The ZENY should last for at least two weeks. Three seasons is more than sufficient. They both accomplish the same goal.
Excellent craftsmanship. The pieces are numbered to help you figure out where they belong. You'll be able to set it up in about 2 minutes once you figure out how to do it. 3 mins. I mean, it's a no-brainer for the price! The net is part of a set of nine pieces. 4 stakes are included, as well as a carrying bag. I'm very happy!.
I wasn't sure how many stars to give each category because I never got around to putting the net together. It APPEARED to be easy to install and durable based on the instructions and material of the pieces, but I never found out. The photos I've included are of one of the net clips that had been soldered on BOTH sides to the pole to which it was attached. And the side that was supposed to be soldered to the pole was bent so badly that it would have broken if I had tried to separate it from the other side too forcefully. This was not a problem with the delivery. This was a manufacturing problem, and either no one noticed it and allowed it to ship anyway, or this company has no quality control. br>br>But the WORST part was that I had a very eager, over-confident, over-confident, overconfident, overconfident, overconfident, overconfident, overconfident, overconfident, overconfident, overconfident, over the- top 7- year- old baseball player watching and looking forward to being able to use it outside. He broke down in tears when I told him it was broken. I promised him that we'd put it together and play with it for two days after school on Thursday (after we finally got a day without rain). I was in agony, and there was nothing I could do about it. Personally, I am extremely disappointed.
The seams started to tear just a few minutes after it was set up. The stress points' single threaded connections aren't strong enough to hold the net together. The net needs to be strengthened in those areas. I'm afraid I won't be able to use this net for long. Assembly: br>br>Instructions: br>br>Instructions: br>br>Instructions It takes me around three hours to complete. Every time I want to use this net, it takes me 5 minutes to set it up. It took a few tries to figure out the net's orientation, but after that it's pretty simple. br>br>Portability: The carry case is attractive and practical. It's large and easy to stuff inside, and it has a handle for easy transport. br>br>Usability: It does exactly what it says. Grasps balls, pucks, discs, and anything else you can throw at him. The net is not easily thrown over. Overall: br>br> The most serious problem is the lack of durability and poor manufacturing quality. Aside from that, the product has a lot of positive features. Unfortunately, no matter how good the other aspects of the net are, if it breaks within the first few days, it's useless. It's possible that the one I got was faulty.
It's not particularly sturdy, but it's quite lovely!! Friends of mine paid more than twice as much as we did. My 5-year-old complains that their practice nets aren't up to par with ours. It was put together by me. It took us about 10 minutes to put it together (much less if I had done it alone, lol), so it's also simple to put together. My son has found that practicing hitting balls has been extremely beneficial. I can arrange it for him even if I'm busy. Allow him to practice as much as he wants. It's perfect for him.
The price was the first thing that drew me to this product, and it's incredibly simple to put together, even for a first-time baseball parent like myself. The product is durable and has withstood almost daily use so far.
