When I bought it, there was a minor crack in the pole. I didn't think much of it at the time. After a month and a half, the bottom of the pole has split and is no longer holding the thing up.
- The rating has been updated. br>br>I received a new pole from the manufacturer, and it was simple to work with. That is greatly appreciated. The 9x9 squared area, on the other hand, has been torn. I do expose it to the elements. The material used in the white squared area isn't very thick, which is why it broke down. br>br>Have noticed that a baseball will occasionally go through the net and out the other side; I believe the netting could be updated.
This was a birthday present for my 12-year-old son. It's very simple to assemble and disassemble. It appears to be extremely well-made and long-lasting. When it's not in use, it comes with a nice bag to keep it in. It is a hit with my son.
So far, so good; we'll update our review once we've had more time to play baseball with it! It's simple to set up and use; we'll see how long it lasts, but so far we're happy with it!.
It's even better now that there's a new strike zone.
Everything as described was included in the package! br>Nice Tbr>br>The only thing I'd like to see in the future is the option to play softball or baseball (because baseballs were useless for our softball player).
It's simple to put together and a great teaching tool.
Aside from remembering which poles go where, there's nothing else to do. It's very sturdy once it's set up. My son enjoys being able to move the "batter" around to suit the skill he's practicing.
Following contact with the company, new side poles are being sent. br>br>After a month, we've ended up with an unusable pitching net.
