No, they're only 3/4 of an inch long.
The calves, not the ankles, are where they appear.
Yes, I purchased a size XS for my 6-year-old son.
It's most likely a large Youth. On the majority of our girls (3 softball teams, totaling 10 players), They're a little big around the waist (14U), but with a belt, they're perfect.

So when her new team gave us the opportunity to buy on our own, we took advantage of it. These pants are lightweight, breathable, and soft. br>br>The only problem is the size; her previous pants were Youth Large, so we assumed Medium would fit. The medium size ended up being too big. If I can find them, she typically wears size 8 long pants. Aside from that, she is a size 10 slim. If you wear a size 12 instead of a medium, you'll be fine. Instead, we exchanged for smalls, which fit perfectly and have plenty of room for growth.
I ordered a medium for my daughter, who usually wears a size 10/12, and she loves them. She'll probably only wear them for one season because they're a little too tight, though the pants waist band did loosen up a little after her first practice. But I wouldn't go up a size in them because they'd be too big otherwise. Solid black with adequate padding and length. Without any difficulties, I was able to begin learning slicing techniques. She adores the pants and has asked for a pair in a different color. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: I'm buying her another pair three weeks into the season because she went through a growth spurt and these are now too tight for her to snap.
The quality appears to be good, but according to other reviews, the sizing on mine was incorrect. In Justice/OshKosh, my daughter wears a size 10; in Old Navy, she wears a size L (10/12). So I bought the M, and she can't even snap them closed, and they're extremely tight all over. They seem to run big, according to everyone else.
If you're between sizes, go down a size. I ordered a size up after reading other reviews that said these ran large. My daughter is twelve years old. , and he's dressed in a Juniors 2 outfit. 4 in regular pants I decided to try the Youth XL because she prefers her softball pants to be fitted. They are extremely comfortable to wear. For some strange reason, I've found that YXL fits better than Adult XS on occasion. This is the situation in this instance. If you're thinking about getting these, I'd suggest going down a size.
After reading the reviews, I decided to get a smaller size for my 10-year-old daughter. They were far too small, and I should have stayed with the size I assumed she required. I'm concerned about slipping in these pants because they're a little thin. (She's average height and weight. ) If you're buying for Tball or Minors, they should be fine, but I believe that true "slide" will result in a rip or tear.
My daughter adores them, and we've received numerous compliments on how well they fit. Even for young children, gender makes a difference in body shape, so having a softball option instead of "unisex" baseball pants options is nice! I highly recommend it, and I will be purchasing more as she requires additional colors and sizes. I wore them for the entire season and they cleaned up nicely with a little oxiclean (we have white).
These are significantly larger than the Nike Diamond Invader pants we previously purchased - A belt, on the other hand, can be used. I would have tried a smaller size if they had been available, but they were sold out. If you're looking for a tight fit, this is the shoe for you. Reduce your size. Because DD plays catcher, I believe the looser fit will be more comfortable for him. The gray is opaque, and the fabric is similar in thickness to the Nike pants. It's a little darker in color.
The sizing of the pants was not specified on the tags. I'm curious if they're having any tagging issues. I've read a few reviews where the sizing is excellent, but most of the reviews where people ordered a Youth XL are too large. My daughter wears a 12/14 youth pant. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 90 pounds, and these pants are so large that they would fit an adult size 12. The only problem is that I threw everything away instead of returning it, so I simply gave them to someone who could use them. We also purchased Mizuno soft ball pants, which were a perfect fit.
