In its simplest form, there is basically a hard plastic tube with a cut through it. If you want a whole roll of this, you can get it from Home Depot for about the same price you pay for these, you just have to cut it in half. When you come to the point of not bothering with the hassle, you wonder, "why bother?". These were ripped through in the first half hour of playing in the street by my 11-year-olds.
An old Easton graphite shafted stick with a detachable wood blade is in my possession. My favorite part of this blade is its curve, but it is not made anymore, so if I damage it beyond repair I may not be able to replace it. It's great to have blade savers like these. You just need to stick them on your blade (it takes a little bit of effort, but they stay on nice and well) and I'd recommend using good hockey tape to secure them to the blade for super In my experience, repeated slap shots will wear down the blade saver more than just regular stick handling and wrist shots, the product is still a great product, and I can't imagine it will ever wear out. This simple tool makes it easier to put the blade on, which saves you the expense of buying replacement blades. In addition to using two of them, I even cut them to the right size to place on the blade of my wooden goalie stick to prevent it from chipping away on the road when I use it. Taping it up really well is all you need to remember. Although you'll need to use a lot of tape, replacing damaged blades will be much more cost effective in the long run. I can imagine that it would be very expensive to damage a blade these days because they are made all in one piece. I think this will help save them. The other great benefit is that I don't notice any changes to my shot because this does not seem to affect it at all, or if it does, it is so minimal I don't even recognize it.
Blade savers are a favorite of my son's because they keep the bottom of the blade protected. Even though he uses a little tape, he does not require any tape when the fit is tight. As a result of this product, the blades will not be eaten by the asphalt. While I have seen many other blade protectors on the market, I believe The Blade Save offers the most cost-effective solution that does not add a significant amount of weight to the blade and does not interfere with shooting or the handling of the stick. It's perfect! You hit it right on the mark!.
After a few passes in the driveway with my daughter I realized it was probably junk, but due to its low price I decided to take a chance. Well, after just a few passes in the driveway it started peeling It took me twice to push it back on before I finally gave up and wished I had spent the money on a nice blade guard. I might have been able to extend its life with tape, but that might have taken an extra.
It was hard for me to slide it on and after I got it on and tried to use it after 2 shots without tapeing it in front and back it came off and even once I taped it, the product kept sliding and wouldn't Don't give your money to cheap products just for the sake of saving money.
like it very much. It is too expensive to use the straw as The solution works, however. My plan is to buy a few more and ship them via.
I am not going to bother sending it back.
The product is excellent.
