I was in desperate need of assistance. I tried the small arm bands, but they didn't help at all. My daughter suggested that I try these because I needed compression sleeves. It gives me immediate relief from my tennis elbow. In fact, the pain occasionally wakes me up in the middle of the night. So I get out of bed, put on the sleeve, and the pain is relieved. When I put the sleeve on, it hurts a little at first, but it goes away. These cuffs are fantastic!.
I mostly do high-volume, weighted calisthenics (1000 combined reps per session), and these are great for general support. I had never used these before, but after a few tendons-related injuries (which I eventually recovered from), I wanted something that would give me that extra bit of compression and support I felt I needed. I've had a couple of training sessions with them since I got them, and they're great. The right thickness, and once on, they stay in place. Once they were on, I didn't feel the need to adjust them. I'm not sure how long they'll last (compression/elasticity), but they're holding up well so far. Also, if you have specific tendon issues and need compression in specific areas (those of you who have them know what I'm talking about), I don't think these are the best choice, but if you just need some general support (perhaps as a preventative measure), they're fine. They also have a decent feel to them and don't appear to be of low quality. It's a great deal for the money.
Don't make the same mistake I did and wait unnecessarily. My left elbow was so badly injured that I couldn't use my hand, and the arm was in excruciating pain from the middle of my forearm to the middle of my bicep, and it was all in excruciating pain, but there was a sharp stabbing pain in the elbow. It had been like this for weeks and there had been no improvement. br>br>These saved my life! They were snug and comfortable right away, and they helped keep the arm stable at a slight bent angle, much like a sling. They were comfortable to wear almost all of the time, but I'd take them off every now and then to scratch and let the skin indentation go away (wife says it's my fault, not hers). )br>br>So after two weeks with this on, each day got better and better until I forgot whether or not the sleeve was on! Highly recommended. br>br>.
I use the sleeves to keep my month-old scars from bumping up against each other, as well as to provide additional protection while I heal. These sleeves allow me to move freely and make me feel great because they aren't too tight. They're perfectly acceptable.
I was taking it with a pain reliever called "Tiger balm. " It's the best of both worlds. In the meantime, keep in mind that pain does not go away quickly. For me, it took about two months, which was fine given my circumstances. Naturally, avoid loading your elbow while dealing with the pain, and be cautious afterward. br>These days, I use it to support my elbow when working on something heavy. br>Use the sleeve with caution. Do not use it for an extended period of time to avoid swelling of your arm and palm, especially if your arm is down or bent. Anything that squeezes your arm, such as a sleeve, can reduce blood circulation. As a result, select the appropriate size.
Best.
The top can be a little tight, but it appears to be well-made and comfortable. It would be better if they had a slightly larger size, but otherwise it is a good product.
Quick delivery of the product. These compression sleeves seemed a little snug, but I believe that's how they're supposed to fit in order to do their job. Make sure you order the correct size by consulting the size/fitting chart; these are simple to put on and take off. My elbow pain was nearly gone in a matter of minutes. Anyone looking for a reasonably priced compression sleeve should consider this product.
While this sleeve was reasonably comfortable, it left marks on my arm, including a small rash. I have a mark on the inside of my elbow that looks like a mark. The sleeve was reasonably comfortable and seemed to protect my elbow when I bought it for elbow bursitis. The marks and "rash," on the other hand, were a little alarming - I'll wash the sleeve in the hopes that it will be gentler on my sensitive skin. The sleeve appears to be quite long-lasting. The package arrived on time.
