I bought this Dr. Arthritis elbow strap in the hopes that it would help my arthritis, and it did. With a smirk on my face and a skeptical eye, I put it on. Skepticism and a smirk both vanished once the mask was put on. Tennis or golf elbow are not a problem for me. My elbow was shattered years ago, and it still hurts every time I use it. This strap only provides temporary pain relief, but it's wonderful to have it gone or at least reduced for a while. br>br>It's made in China, but it appears to be well made, though I'm not a seamstress and would like to hear what others think. Anyway, it held together after I washed it. While I was photographing it, I noticed some fraying. Even if it's only for 6 hours, it'll be worth it. I'd be content with a 12-month period. It is inexpensive, so in my opinion, it is worthwhile. br>br>I photographed my scar and how I use the Dr. Arthritis Elbow Strap, which I find to be effective. I place the pad over my painful area, secure it with a strap, and wear it until it is no longer necessary. Finally, if you're unsure whether it'll work for you, I recommend purchasing it. It'll cost you only $12 to see if you can get some much-needed help. was in desperate need of pain relief.
I won't be buying anything else. While the quality is excellent, it is not suitable for women with shorter arms. I'm not a skinny woman, but this is too big for my arms, and it won't fit a woman with smaller bones or arms that aren't as thick.
It isn't held in place. br>br>For years, I've had to wear forearm braces on and off. I needed a new one for my left arm, and this pink one caught my eye while searching on Amazon. If I misplaced it, I figured pink would be easier to spot than the more common blue or gray. I usually stick to a generic brand, but there appears to be a scarcity in my area. br>br>It's not as wide as the ones I've used before, and it doesn't grip quite as well. I've noticed that I need to adjust it more frequently than I did with previous support straps. Which is aggravating when I'm in the middle of a project. I'm still using it because I don't want to spend the money on a new one.
It's incredibly simple to use, fits perfectly, and is highly adjustable. The accompanying booklet is far superior to the information I received from my doctor when I was first diagnosed with Tennis Elbow. I would strongly recommend the company and the product, which arrived sooner than expected.
I wish it came in a smaller size; it's generally comfortable to wear, but I can't seem to get any relief while wearing it; this could be due to the fact that it's too big or because my condition is severe. My height is 5'4" and my weight is 136 pounds.
The tennis elbow strap receives a five-star rating from me. a rating of five stars It has a slimmer profile than the one I previously had, and I like that it's pink rather than black now that the weather is warming up. It's very comfortable, and it helps to relieve the pain in my elbow. Making it in more colors would be my suggestion for improving this product.
It's meant to be worn below the elbow, but I'm wearing it on my upper arm to help with a repetitive motion injury caused by computer use. I like that it's adjustable but not too bulky, because it's pressed against my side, and it worked so well for me that I ordered a second one so I could toss one in the laundry and always have one on hand.
It came with a pamphlet of exercises with pictures, which I really liked. The pamphlet's one flaw is that it is riddled with typos, but the exercises themselves are sound.
