I'm not sure how much I paid for it all.
My son is the same height and weight as me, and he wears a large, which is perfect for him.
L should be able to assist you.
My son is 5'3" and weighs 113 pounds, so I'd say no.

Where the upper arm guard strap meets the top of the shoulder on these shoulder pads, it is secured underneath the padding. The design is shoddy, and the securing strap and clasp dig into the top of the shoulder, causing severe discomfort.
They're not as big as I thought they'd be. Using the fitment guide, I landed somewhere between L- and L-XXXXXXXXXXXXXX XL, so I went with the larger size, and the bicep guards are extremely tight, and the shoulders aren't wide enough. It's possible that it's a youth XL instead of a men's size.
According to their sizing, you should order a size larger than you normally would.
My son's safety has no price, and this is where I get the most bang for my buck.
For the price, the quality is excellent.
My son, who wears a size 12, finds it to be a perfect fit. He has a muscular build and is very lean. He's neither thin nor thick in my opinion. He now wears an adult XS or a slim adult S size.
It's fine, but it's a little small.
