Mobility is advantageous

These arm guards are fairly effective against slashing and offer excellent mobility and protection. They're similar to a box arm guard, and I put them on my little guy because he was getting a lot of black and blues. Now maybe he'll only get one black and blue per game, rather than three or four. He enjoys playing with them and is unafraid of being hit in the arms. To make the straps more secure, I had to use velcro. I'd make another purchase.

Be cautious when purchasing something online

This isn't just one pair of armguards. Take care! I only received one arm guard; I contacted Amazon, and they confirmed that this was correct; gloves and guards are always sold in pairs. If this is correct, the total cost of the set will be $190. I've already placed an order for the same item from another website, and the quantity is 2 for $89. These are excellent arm guards, but the price on Amazon is incorrect.

The quality is excellent, and the protection provided is excellent. I'm 6'1" and 210 pounds, so I went with the large size and they fit perfectly. I've only had them for about a month, but no problems have arisen.
