The heavy lineman in my family is my brother. Despite the fact that he is 5'5" and 270 pounds, these shoulder pads fit him perfectly. The belt doesn't look like a belt with holes like portrayed in the picture. Instead, the belt has pull through clamps as opposed to belts. I can protect my brother with this even though it can take a hit. This is an excellent product for guys with a lot of muscle.
