This is a really small size for a young person

There is a lot of solid build going on here and this is an extremely well made, solid backplate. But make sure to order the adult size if your kid is older than 7 or something because the youth size is really small for my eight year old and he's pretty skinny too. Due to the fact that there was no indication that it was that small, I rated it as three stars.

I like the fit of the adult size and it's comfortable That's why he loves it so much. A pleasant surprise is the lightness of the backplate and its compactness A comfortable fit. Compared to the attachment method, the only criticism I have is that it is not as efficient. The advice I got from other reviewers ultimately led me to make the decision that I did. Zip ties can be used to attach it. I was able to do this. He is surrounded by his teammates and fellow players A lot of coaches commented on the picture, especially since he is a true beast!.

The size fits perfectly. My son is 6'2 250 pounds and only 14 so I was hoping that when it arrived, he would be able to wear it as he is not a youth size. It fitted.

A protective shield to protect the spine and lower back

It is the perfect fit, and it offers protection to the lower back and spine. The weight of my son is 109 pounds, and he is 5'3". In this case, we selected the adult size since our measurements were too small for the youth size to be comfortable. He has complete coverage of the lower back area without restrictions in his movement, as you can see on the picture. To ensure your shoulder pads stay put during play, apply a small drop of Blue Loctite to the threads where the fasteners attach so that they won't loosen up.

He says it's nice, he's happy with it, I think the price is a little high, but, so long as he's happy with it and it helps him protect, it's all good to me. I found the pillow to be easy to install, well-padded.

It took me a while to figure out how to put this onto his shoulder pads, but someone from the team told me I had to take out the bolts on the back and replace them with new ones, so it was.
