What is the size of these stainless steel pads? Will they fit in my Coronet premium fill ?

The size 4 is designed to fit most people in this range. Stirrups that are 5" wide should work fine with standard black fillis stirrups.

Does this pair of pads come with a case?

A yes to both Cheese grater pads are commonly referred to as such. The holes on the bottom of my stirrups had to be machined down because they were longer than the standard size hole however, they keep my toes in place while my heels are up. I have never used any stirrup that worked as well as these do

I received the ones marked 4 in my package. The width only measures 4" and the height only measures 5". The 375" slides, so I will return and order 4 for my client. There is a spot welded retention clip not parallel to the other, while the stirrup is not – this causes very little contact area between the stirrup and the bar. It will have to be milled to fit. In any case, you may choose to use them if you wish.
