Those of me who did not measure theirs wrap under the stirrups enough without needing to cut some of them My stirrups have worked great for years with zip ties tied to them, so they don't come off during rides. You will not have any problems with this technique on your stirrups. These stirrups are amazing and have worked wonderfully

In terms of comfort and security in the saddle, this is a game changer

During lessons, I would lose a stirrup a few times, so my trainer recommended these. My heels feel secure and I am able to comfortably push them down a bit further with the excellent grip on my heels. My feet are now properly placed and never slide during rides because I haven't lost a stirrup since then. The only thing to watch out for is that the rubber (which is somewhat sharp) does not scratch your saddle or leather.

They seem to work well but are expensive

These pads are pretty good and should last longer than the ones that go into the fillis iron hole and eventually tear. Despite not giving this five stars, I have no problems using it. I think it's overpriced, but I do not have a problem in using it.
