The size is a little too large for 6 and 8 year old girls. Possibly bigger kids would be okay with them.

Today I received this board and it immediately raised a question in my mind. Is there any hope for getting rid of this horrible chemical smell? My refund request will be sent back if not. What is so bad I'm not even willing to take the time to puke?

After swimming for my high school swimming team for 40 years, I have done it recreationally for the past 12 years. As far as I knew, the kickboard was either made of the bendy foam or the stiff foam, or somewhere in the middle. In my opinion, the "bendy foam" does not work well for kickboards The paper is too thin. . . . but this board is just the right stiffness for a kickboard it isn't the rigid one but more of a softer one I don't want to use stiff foam (which would be too fragile and break too easily), and I also don't want to use bendy This foam has a slight "give", but it is in a way that makes it more durable and not so flimsy that it makes it unusable. It is also "full-length. " A size of This is a very similar system to what most swim teams have employed for a long time. to be as good or better than what you would find in any pool in the area. The item is quite sturdy, which is what I needed. The only problem I have is that the picture I saw It was good to see a picture with a red background. The one I had had no red logo and was just basic. The images below were sent directly to TYR with my inquiry, and they confirmed that it was authentic. Just be careful these days, and always be careful shopping from this site. I've received numerous items that were not genuine, but this one seems okay.

The lower body gets a great workout

It's probably a good idea for me to start by saying that I am not a very good As someone who lifts weights and does cardio but rarely swims, I am in the "weight lifting" category. The pool at my new house is a great feature, and I'm hoping to use it more frequently when I get settled. I discovered that the majority of my workout is from my upper arms when I swim. The bottom parts of my body and legs would be most grateful to do the same. As a result, I decided to purchase this board. I am a 5'7" person, so the size is perfect With it, I am able to grip it comfortably, and provides a little bit of flotation, but nothing outrageous. What a great idea! My legs felt like jello after swimming for a couple of minutes the first time I tried this. As I frequently leave it outside in the rain and such, I must say that the board on its own does seem durable. I still like the color of it as much as I did when I bought I recommend this type of workout to anyone willing to swim and want to work their lower body, regardless of their skill.

I've used it for a few weeks now and am very impressed. After competing in competitive swimming for 7 years, I've used several different types of kickboard. The size of this one is good and it is well-made. There are no other deals to be found at this.

You need to be careful about the size you need

Using this kickboard for swimming over an extended period of time is ideal. You should be careful about the dimensions and labeling of the options in your product assortments. If the description said a long board, rather than describe it as an adult type versus a child kiteboard I would have bought the shorter ("child's") board. This one is really too long for me to comfortably reach my hand grip to hold onto the front to kick. A lap is all one can do. The TYR kickboard is the exact type of kickboard I want. A dense foam kickboard that provides myself with adequate support during kicking sets. Additionally, it fits into my bag easily.
