The bowl I have is not moldy after I have used it for a year. The fabric is covered in some type of water resistant material, so it dries a lot faster than most things. wipe it with the towel before throwing it in my bag, and it has never caused damage to anything.
Adults can use it even though it is small. Five feet seven inches tall and 130 pounds, I am a junior. Does not float quite as well as traditional kickboards, but at times, I enjoy working more hard, and I like that it is smaller to carry along with me wherever I go. Unless you are looking for a board to keep your arms high and dry, you shouldn't get this.
There is about a 10 by 8 by 2 rectangle. I have a 5 inch height

The last time I was in a pool regularly was over 25 years ago. As a result of knee injuries and plantar fasciitis, I haven't been able to run. I was recommended to bike or swim by my doctors. The sport of swimming is my choice. In the last 7 weeks, I have started swimming again. Swimming four laps in a 22m pool on my first day was quite a challenge. My life was on the verge of ending. In order for me to improve, I kept on researching new techniques. In fact, after watching a video of this product, I had already gotten to 16 laps by the time it arrived. The product has been in use for two weeks now. It took me less than two months to double my laps. It took me 32 laps to complete them on my third day of using it. You can't get away with fooling around with this. We are dealing with something very serious here. You will have to work for it. The outcome is what I expected and I am The quality of my breathing and the quality of my freestyle technique have improved. It feels like my stroke is now more controlled, and I anticipate an improvement in my lap count in the future. Swimming up on it as a kickboard and exercising my breathing while squeezing in one arm strokes is exercise that I have been doing for decades. Swimming down with it between my thighs is exercise that I have been doing for years. This is awesome.
My initial reaction was disappointment due to the size and shape of the bag, I thought they might not be helpful With the addition of the board, I quickly discovered it is an excellent piece of My feet are spread apart on the lake bottom while I pass the board between hands or hold it in one hand. I can push the board down into the water, forward, across my chest, sideways or curl upward as well as pull back or to the side. These are all great cardio exercises. You should force your arm to Despite the fact that the board is a bit difficult to hold, it passes smoothly and has a pleasing feel. In addition to skimming it across the surface of the water, I can push it up and down using only my hands. The item qualifies as a great piece of exercise equipment thus earning five stars from me.
Although it does not have the buoyancy of a full size board, it is still very effective. My workouts at the gym usually include at least two uses of it The recipe is always a hit! I cook it three times a week! My personal use for it is as a kickboard, and it works well, but requires a lot of strength on the part of your centre of mass to keep your head Basically, it's a workout for the abdominals. Although it works well as a pull buoy, it does not perform as well as a standard or traditional model. I find its use to be very comfortable. I like it for swimming and supporting my neck when I'm on my back. It fits well and is comfortable. I use it for a lot of The bike gets plenty of looks and questions about it, to which I am happy to reply. Having speedo's name on it is a huge plus for me. Speedo is a very good and established brand, so I believe it's really worth the money. The product I purchased is exactly what I needed.
When used as a kickboard, its size makes it very suitable. It provides the user with great support and is big enough for both hands to use while using it. While it is good when used as a pull buoy, it is not designed for this purpose. While you use it to train your glider, it tends to knock you down. It would be better to use a classic asymmetric buoy in this situation. I have no issues with rolling over when actively moving, but the issue only occurs when I am gliding. Thus, I consider it to be a good deal for the price as a combination device.
As a 6'2" and 200 pound female, I am quite tall and muscular. I cannot use it as a buoy since it is too small. There is nothing I can do. My legs Your thighs will find it difficult to hold on to this. As I used it, I noticed that it acted as a drag, making it hard to hold. Remember to take into account your own body. You might be able to get away with it if you're 5'5" and 140 lbs.
Since there is less junk to carry around and store, it makes my life easier. Speedo Pull Kick Training board fits into my gym bag and I am sure to forget that I have it As for the design of the pull buoy, it fits between my legs comfortably, although I think it may require a little more pressure than I am accustomed to when holding it Nevertheless, there is one small problem with the kickboard--it doesn't work well. The size is good, but I would like it to be heavier and more buoyant. With a body weight of 175 pounds, it is troublesome to have to float on this board. My head usually remains underwater while everyone else is casually kicking away. I find this frustrating when I am sinking and everyone else is floating. As a whole, this board is not a bad purchase and I can handle the weaknesses it has. "***" - Author of How to Get a Job in Video Games, Ken Flemming.
This is the BEST swim toy ever. You can use it as a kickboard or My shoulders don't feel as tired as they do after using a regular kickboard, so I can do kick drills with my hands under the water. When used as a tug buoy, it performs well. Despite the fact that I prefer my standard round edged pull buoy for balance in the water (it's a little harder to rotate with this, but maybe that's not so bad) I find it easier to pack, carry, and use than my standard round edged buoy. There's no need to take up much room these fit right into my bag.
I swim six times per week, including pulling and kicking sets. Although this is an excellent size for transporting to and from the pool, it doesn't act as either a buoy or a board. If you don't intend to use the board to support your upper body (it is too small for this purpose), this is a good choice as a board. It causes problems since it is a buoy. As a result, it is very buoyant, but very difficult to keep in place, especially when turning. As soon as I used this as a buoy, I began to chafe my lower thighs due to the rough texture. Although this sounds like a great idea, I would not recommend it for swimmers who will use it.
