Questions & Answers

Do you think small is sufficient for a 4yo 35 lbs child?

I am sure they will be able to Despite it being light and not too wide, it is not a device that should be left behind at a 4-way stop The year is It's not a good idea to let them go if they can't The kickboard is just a piece of rubber.

95 lbs is the weight of my child. When learning how to swim, which board is better for us the small or the large one?

The small can be used by me as an adult and I weigh over 95 lbs. I am a 5'3 woman with a medium frame

Children with low tone (autism) will benefit from these
5/5

Due to autism, my son has developmental delays that cause him to have low tone and have difficulty coordinating his movements. He has taken private swimming lessons for the last two summers. I don't think he can kick fast enough for him to stay afloat or move forward. Regular kickboards are harder for him to hold for long periods of time. But look at him go! He can grip it in 3 different ways and has been practicing with it almost every day. Only one week has passed and his kicks have gotten so much quicker and stronger! I suggest ordering a small for him since he is almost 56" tall and weighs 68lbs.

It's a nice smaller board and lightweight
5/5

I use it to swim laps. I am 5'3" 154 lbs and I use it to swim laps. If I lean on it while swimming, I will be able to hold myself up, but I wouldn't use it as a life-saving device. It is a little container of hard plastic, like a Unlike the ones you can use for lap swimming, this one does not have a fan. They seem to be made of styrofoam and have multiple hand holds. They don't appear to be made of any materials, but they have a styrofoam feel to them. As it does not hold any water, it floats above the surface and is expected to I use this board to hold on to when swimming on my back or while practicing the front crawl. It is smaller than the ones in the pool, but I don't care because I only use it to hold on to when swimming. The key is to take advantage of its structure to rest my body on, not use it as a kickboard. I prefer to hold it at arm's length and use it for specific strokes since I swim laps for exercise. It fits easily into my bag and I am able to transport it back and forth from my home to the pool because of its smaller size.

Felt like it was made of polyethylene
5/5

At our local swim pool, I had the opportunity to try the same board. After purchasing my own copy, I was so pleased with it. Swimming laps with friends and family is my favorite activity I just need something to put my hands on so I can stay balanced. This one is The 25th" (and the) There is an inscription that says it's geared toward children) & The surface is easy to The board is available in two lengths In both cases, the prices are reasonable. In that case, if you feel like it needs to go under your stomach & You can't rely on it to keep you afloat. You can't do that with it. It is designed to facilitate the kicking motion of lap swimmers. As opposed to the long hard foam kickboards, I am happy with this board.

This is a fantastic kickboard for small children
5/5

This was the first thing I got for my 5-year-old when we got our In the beginning, she had difficulty with it and I was concerned that it didn't have enough buoyancy because her weight wouldn't float. It turns out that it's designed to be used as an aid, causing the person who uses it to hang off of it while kicking as fully as possible. It was a great way for her to get into the right swimming position, once she got the hang of it. She was able to swim underwater without the board the following day.

Its multiple handles enable it to be used in different ways according to body position. The product is excellent.

Plastic so hard that it breaks when touched
3/5

Previously I saw reviews that said it was a good choice for autistic children, so I figured it would also help my not autistic but very very accident prone but small children who are very clumsy. No, it's not. I can put this under water, but it shoots out of the water as soon as I do. It's made of such hard plastic that it flies up out of the water. If it hits you in the face, it hurts a lot. It seems to be well-made so perhaps it should be reserved for adults.

There is no easy way to use it
4/5

There are not many easy ways to use it. It holds you up in no way. The only way to escape drowning is to use your body as effectively as possible. While I understand that this is used for saving lives, I feel that using it as a teaching tool does not make a.

The product is sturdy, long-lasting, and is perfect for kids
5/5

This board allows me to teach swim classes to children as young as 3 years old. It is great because it allows them to hold their hands in three different places as they become more independent as they kick. The kickboard is sturdy once they get the hang of it it will last for.

This is a great game for children
5/5

Buying two of them was the best decision we made. The first is for a 6 y/o who already knows how to swim, while the other is for a 3 y/o who is learning how. For both, it is extremely useful. Besides using them for play, our youngest uses them to strengthen his legs and get more comfortable in the water (on top of using them as a strength building tool). Kids can get a good grip everywhere. It has a great thickness, is very sturdy, and is thick enough to stand up to their weight.
