Questions & Answers

What is the difference between the cohesion series and the other series? I have a Cohesion 7, and I see they're selling a Cohesion 10 now?

Every year, they release a newer version of the Cohesion model. The 7 was released about three years ago, and I believe the 10 is the most recent model. I've been wearing the Cohesion model shoe for a long time, and there's no difference in comfort, fit, or durability between the 7, 8, 9, or 10. I'm currently wearing the 10 only because I change my shoes every three months. I've been looking for an earlier model for four months and haven't been able to find one. NOTE: I replace my shoes based on mileage rather than whether or not they are worn - which they almost never do.

Is this water resistant or water proof?

No, it isn't water resistant in the least. They have mesh toes and are similar to a standard running shoe. It's not a trail shoe, in my opinion. It's also a little on the small side. I'd never run on a trail while wearing these. In my opinion, it is a street shoe. Maybe a smooth dirt path, but anything uneven is out.

Is it possible to remove the inserts and insert my orthotics?

Yes, most shoes will allow you to do so. I'm confident you won't be disappointed with this one, which is one of my favorites:

Is it true that this is a no-strings-attached offer?

You should be aware that I was charged for return shipping
3/5

I looked up a running shoe for knee pain on Google and this was one of the most affordable options. I have knee pain after running following two meniscus surgeries. The lightweight and supportive nature of this shoe astounded me. It's a neutral shoe, but it has excellent arch support (my arch is medium). I've been wearing it primarily as a treadmill shoe, in which case I'm wearing an Asics Nimbus. For my outdoor runs, I use the Brooks GTS with more cushioning, but it's been doing double duty as an around-the-house shoe recently because it's so light. a pleasant experience I'm a size 11 myself. 5 and a good fit, with a thumb gap at the toe. br>br>I docked two stars because this shoe advertises a free return policy, but when I tried to return a larger size (I bought two different sizes), it refused to accept my return. I was charged more than $5 by the seller because of my size. The return shipping will cost you $0. 00. "The return shipping cost is listed in the details" (meaning "the fine print"), I was told when I mentioned the free return. This seemed to me to be very deceptive. Please be cautious.

A marathon runner gives it two thumbs up
5/5

I'm a heavy runner who does 40-minute runs on a regular basis. I run 55 miles per week, and these are by far the lightest and most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I usually run in Brooks or Salomon shoes, but for the first time, I decided to try Saucony. They're just right in terms of fit, without being too narrow or too tight on the sides. Because they're so light, you won't even realize they're on your feet, but the support will be there. I've had no issues with the laces as well. Two thumbs up and a five-star rating.

I'm not a runner, so don't expect me to do so
5/5

These appeal to me. Saucony is amusing, and the majority of their products are excellent, but there are a few exceptions. I was about to give up on the brand after a couple of bad pairs, but I'm happy to report that these have restored my faith. Very comfortable, with plenty of support and good arch support. I am not a runner, like the majority of people who purchase "running shoes. " I only needed a pair of sneakers to do things that middle-aged people do. Walk. Make your way to the store. Play with the kids and see what they can come up with. To the beach or the pool, wear this outfit. As a result, I am unable to comment on whether or not they are suitable for running. I'll know if something chases me down and I have to flee. I really like them as a casual pair of sneakers.

By far the best running shoe for the money
5/5

These are by far the best-built running shoes for the money. For more than a decade, the Saucony Cohesion has been my and my family's go-to running shoes. They aren't flashy, but they are more comfortable and cushioned than any other brand, and they aren't overly heavy. They're "neutral," which means they're suitable for neither pronators nor supinators. There have been no injuries as a result of these, and the MPW ranges from 20 to 85 for various family members. The value is unbeatable, and they appear to be getting cheaper every year when adjusted for inflation. Any day of the week, I'll take these 35-dollar shoes over a $150 model with all the bells and whistles.

Excellent footwear
4/5

Fit for a small person. I like these shoes because they are of good quality and are reasonably priced, but they are too small for me. My toes actually make contact with the end of the toe box in these shoes, even though I wear a size 11 in everything. Fortunately, the return policy is excellent, and I will be returning them to exchange for a size 11. I'm hoping I won't have to use a 12! TBD. br>br>Additional Information: br>br>Additional Information: The 11. 5 is a perfect fit, and the shoes are fantastic. I recommend that you check to see if the European size is the right fit for you. The size US11 was a EUR45 in these shoes. A EUR46 is the most common size for US11 shoes. The sizing problem, I believe, stems from Saucony's conversion.

Pet hair was all over the place when it arrived
3/5

The insides of the pair I received were strewn with dog or cat fur. It was not from me because I don't have any pets. The soles do not appear to be worn, so I assume they were returned after being tried on. Although it has no effect on the shoe, it is still a little unsettling to receive "new" shoes that are covered in hair. I knew what size to order because I was familiar with Saucony's sizing. They do, in fact, come in a small size. I'm a woman who despises the colors found in most women's running shoes, so I opt for men's. My foot is a size 7 1/2 in women's shoes, but I order a size 7 1/2 in Saucony Men's because they run small. Pro: They're in good condition. light and well-ventilated Con: There is no arch support and only a small amount of cushioning in this shoe. For me, they're worth it if you can get them on a good sale because I always wear inserts in my running shoes.

I've never had a pair of shoes like these
5/5

I purchased a total of five pairs. About a year ago, I came across the Cohesion line. I've been a Brooks fan for a long time, but when I saw some Cohesion 9 shoes on sale, I figured why not? They were, without a doubt, the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I went out and purchased three additional pairs of shoes. Then I came across these trail runners and decided to try them. They're just as comfortable and light as the originals. They simply have a greater amount of traction. They've made me very happy. br>For the record, my arches are medium and my feet are medium in width. I have a proclivity for overpronation, which causes pain in my heel and arches. All of that pain is gone, along with a significant decrease in knee and back pain, thanks to these shoes. It's amazing what the right pair of shoes can do for you, and these are exactly what I'm looking for.

There is virtually no support, but this can be remedied with the use of proper insoles
4/5

Saucony running shoes have been my go-to footwear for over 20 years, for both exercise and everyday wear: Every one of them has been fantastic. This particular shoe is not one of them. I wore them for a few hours before switching to a new insole that I'd been using for five years to improve support; the new insole improved the shoe, but not enough to keep my plantar fasciitis from flare-up again. Even with heavy wool socks that are properly laced, there is too much lateral movement. These will be thrown away. br>Recent changes: My wife insisted on switching to a different insole rather than wasting money on the purchase. After languishing in my closet, I tried a SofComfort insole for plantar fascitis in these shoes after she opined that the insole I used on other running shoes might not work well with these, and she was correct; after languishing in my closet, I tried a SofComfort insole for plantar fascitis in these shoes after she opined that the insole I used on other running shoes might not work well with these, and she It's been very effective, and I haven't experienced any other flare-ups as a result of it. Since the SofComfort insoles were installed, there have been some improvements. The other insole was a generic "sports" insole that worked well in other shoes but didn't work in these Sauconys. Because I had to pay $12 for upgraded insoles, I gave it four stars.
