As an example, you might consider a white board equivalent to a 3" by 12" x 1" piece of wood. The yellow board would be the same size as a 5" x 12" x 1" wood board, while the orange board would be the size of a 7" x 12" x 1" wood board. Thanks for using
Yes, to be honest, from the perspective of someone who's an adult or a practitioner. I would start with the green board (1 inch) when I was 7 years old.

It is a good way for me to practice my breaks for Tae Kwon Do. They are also used at the school where I study. An excellent way to practice for tests at a very low cost. When you first purchase it, you will have a hard time breaking it. However, once it has been broken in (literally), you can break it hundreds of times to perfectly simulate the force required for a one-handed break One pine board is indicated by the blue color. The material will become easier to break with use, but it will take a long time to wear through as It can also be used for teaching new techniques or helping kids work up to breaking a full board. Again, keep in mind that you have to hit the seam in order for it to snap, unlike wooden boards, so it encourages accuracy as well. For the sake of avoiding injury from getting injured on the practice board, I use it with proper instruction (no 'hold my beer moments' please).
Taekwondo boards like these are used at my kid's The kids can easily break the green at the school because it is used there. In fact, I didn't realize that the students at the school have gone through hundreds, perhaps thousands of breaks since they started school They are quite fragile, so they tend to ones, however, are stiff, and the kids were very frustrated that they couldn't break them on their own. My only recommendation is for you to make this known to young children, or perhaps for you to buy two, one just below what they are using at Then, they will be able to regain confidence in their ability to break it outside of the classroom. It took about two months for the boards to loosen up, but not as much as they did.
There are a number of issues with this product. Boards are not secured well enough and simply fly away. Having to wait for the site to load is inefficient. Although it's a good start, it's not the end of the story.
Focus and consistency can be improved when the martial arts practitioner can practice targeting. The product is highly recommended for any martial artist who uses board breaking in their studio. It was delivered quickly from the retailer, it took less than a week after ordering.
Your hands will not be cushioned on the back of this board! They are mean and nasty when it comes to returns as well!.
This is a true.
I bought it for my son who is a Tae Kwon Do practitioner. Although my thumb does not like the board, he says that it is very useful. The product was of great quality and arrived in good time.
