What is it all about?

It's a separate order for each board

5 is the age of my son. I have been with the company for five years. An old age. Karate has been his hobby for almost a year now. There are several strength boards available, but I'm not sure which to choose. What suggestions do you have?

As for my sons, they are 10 and 6 and the yellow board was of their age. The first time you use it, it is a bit stiff, and another older child or adult needs to put it to work.

A 4 1/2 yr old friend of mine bought me the blue one, and he can only break it by kicking, I have found out, however, that I can help him a bit by applying some pressure when he punches, and that way he can break relatively easily. In general, it is negative I was thinking about trying this activity with my son, but maybe now 4 yr old will be able to do it, but with a little help from parents.
