They hid in a cave

I have been using it for a month, and the canvas caved in at the area of contact. It still works, however it has acquired a concave shape due to repeated contact. It is worth mentioning I punched it with maximum force, and I am learning Karate. Those who exert lighter pressure, such as women, may benefit most from this option.

The board is good quality, but there is a mistake in the image

It was great to have a makiwara board to train with, but I ordered one with karate characters but received one with an image of There's something about this that leaves me disappointed.

Hands should not be used by men

It does not look as strong as it seems. The canvas is a little deceptive. Since I do not wish to destroy it before it is used, I am going to give it to my wife. As I type this message, I started out with a 3 star rating, but I am going to decrease it to 2. A key chain could be attached to this board.

It's a great Makiwara, the padding is enough to absorb shock

Good Makiwara, good padding, but it is not too soft to absorb shocks, but it still yields the desired effect, and the size is good and compact, so it is easy to mount to the wall, very pleased with it.
