In short, yes. The easiest color is yellow, and the hardest color is black
Unfortunately, we only have the yellow, so I am unable to confirm that.
My 10-year old son breaks 1/2" pine boards when he takes tests, so I bought the Red Board
It is a simple matter of sliding the two halves Use it 50 percent of the time Thus far, there has been no issue with 80x.

I picked that one because it would be easiest. This board stung my hand when I pulled my palm heel through it despite my experience in MMA. The force my husband used to break the glass was similar to the one I used. We have no hope of our child using this, he tried several times and even with me applying pressure to bend it in he didn't come anywhere near to breaking it (and he breaks small wooden boards in his karate class all the time). Returning it - hopeless. Then I discovered they charge a restocking fee of 15%! I may not even get my entire money back when I return it. I recommend that you do.
The pros are I will. - Foam-lined board with a high degree of durability. I will. - A 7 year old boy just needed a challenge big enough to break the yellow board. The cons are I will. - Break-up needs to be done In order to loosen up the break point, you can say "in" a few times. A total of 30 times (approx. ).
I have observed that my daughter's confidence in breaking boards has increased as a result of using this breakable board. When she practices the technique for board breaking, she no longer has any difficulty executing it. As she is only 6 years old, I have chosen yellow for the time being. In time, I will move up to the harder board for her to practice on as she gets stronger.
Kicks and hits are easy to practice with this.
I like it.
Playing at home is the perfect way to practice breaks!.
My son is getting a lot more comfortable breaking boards with the boards they are using in Karate class thanks to them.
Both adults and children are able to use them.
