I got a lot more out of it than I expected. There are two small issues, though they are not so significant that you should disregard it Here are some important points on 1. The volume is super The sound reverberates through the house when it is broken. The second point is not a bonus. The process of putting it back together is very difficult. I can confidently say that my son, who is 11 years old, will put this together with no problem. However, the fit is so tight that he has a lot of trouble putting it back together after it's.

Over the years the board has been broken and reassembled hundreds of times with no signs of failure. Durable and thin foam is used for many applications. This is an excellent product. I would eventually like to purchase the red, or difficult variety.

I think it's a great product all in The material is strong. The best choice is for adults or teens who are strong. In karate, it is not suitable for beginners or children of all ages.
