Questions & Answers
We filled ours with water and sucked out the majority of the air to keep the water from sloshing around. Water/air is a good option if you want to get a better balance workout.
We filled ours to 40 pounds and made sure there was no air in it, so there's no sloshing noise. If you filled it less than halfway, make sure to squeeze out all of the air to avoid hearing sloshing!
Small
It'll be filled with either water or air, or both, making it lighter than water.

Good morning, Instagram! My @dimokusa 79lb Aqua Bag was delivered to me yesterday. The 45-pound bag is already in my possession. These totes are exceptionally well-made. The handles are few but well placed, and they are by far my favorite handles on any sandbag I've ever seen. It's extremely relaxing. br>It doesn't leak at all, unlike some other water devices, and it's built to last. br>I filled the bag with 70 pounds of water to give the water a chance to move around. That is, after all, what this tool is for. br>This is a clean into a thruster with a single leg raise, which I do to narrow the base of support and more effectively engage the core while attempting to keep the water quiet. Dynamic stability isn't often mentioned as a fitness goal, but it pays off big in life and sport. br>These Aqua Bags are great for all kinds of workouts. There are a lot of them that most people aren't aware of. They also provide the best value for money that I am aware of. Excellent value for money! br>It's a big difference between looking capable and actually being capable. The 45-pound Aqua Bag is another item I own. Same excellent quality and adaptability!.
The tube has been broken. The pump's tube was broken on one end and rendered useless. Fortunately, I have a second tube from a different pump. The filling mechanism isn't working properly. designed. Filling up the bag takes a long time. I was hoping to use it as a portable training tool that I could carry around deflated and fill up at my client's location. It can't be done! Filling it up would take a long time! You can only use a stream of water that is smaller than the diameter of the tube, and you must aim for it carefully, which means you must hold the tube the entire time it is filling. I stood there for about a half-hour and it only grew to 23 pounds. I'll have to keep the bag filled now because I don't have the patience to fill it again. Consider what the water will become once it enters the house.
The thing is, as the title suggests, excellent. I toss it around, drop it, and it's a solid piece of equipment. When I need to lift 45 pounds or more, I use it at home. But it took nearly an hour to fill up because the water inlet tube is so small that I had to hold it above the thing the entire time; perhaps it would be better if it came with a funnel or hose adapter? It would be perfect if it weren't for the fact that it takes an eternity to load and is leaky while doing so. However, if you can get past that fact, I would recommend it.
Chris Korfist, who trains sprinters, was the one who first introduced me to aqua bags and their use in athletic development. I quickly realized that there could be a wide range of applications that could benefit a large number of athletes. I suppose you get what you pay for, but the prices charged by some other online retailers seemed a little high to me. So, since I'm a Prime member, I decided to conduct an Amazon search. The searches were overrun with aqua bags for boxing and other similar activities, until I came across the photo of the guy lunging with a sandbag-like device. Eureka! Then I looked at the price, and when I compared it to the other stores I was looking at, it was double Eureka! For a little more than the price of one of the competitors, I was able to get one large and one small size. I knew it was a win-win situation once I learned about the added benefit of prime shipping. I feel like I've stumbled on to an excellent tool that helps me stay true to my training philosophy of athletic based strength and conditioning after a few weeks of using them on my guinea pigs (my self and select clients). Everything from Olympic lift variations to being carried makes things that much more difficult and frequently results in the "what the hell!" response. " As soon as I set it down, I got a response. A better sell is achieved by combining an effective training challenge with a functional novelty. Dimok gets five stars!.
(I also buy the larger capacity aqua bag, which is extremely difficult to lift!) ) I wanted to increase my overall fitness level as well as my core strength, which I believe has been holding me back recently. The dynamic nature of the water as it shifts is what distinguishes aqua bag training from sandbags or other odd objects. I prefer to keep the bag at a temperature of 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit. 80% filled to the maximum so that the water sloshes back and forth forcing the user to engage the core to the maximum so that the user must engage the core to the br>br>I'm using this product to help me improve my endurance. It's a great finisher workout for me because I can lunge with it in various positions or holds. I've noticed a difference in my core strength already. Exercises can be done in an infinite number of ways. br>br>The product is of commercial quality, and I strongly advise anyone considering adding it to their arsenal of at-home workout options to do so.
