Hi Tara- The hanging kit (part AP100) is not included in the training bags. A connector is included at the top of the bag so you can hang it on your own chain or with the AP100 Hanging Kit. We do this because many people already have chains or a hanging method and do not require or desire another one. Thank you for your time and consideration; I hope this is helpful. Jason
It does not come with a chain, which is a good question. Farm and Fleet was where I bought my chain.
I filled it until I reached the reaching point and was satisfied with it; you can probably tip it off, but it is extremely heavy; I have this bag hanging in my garage/gym over a 4x4 across two 2x6 beams and it seems to hold well, except when I uppercut it; it vibrates the second floor; however, I love it!
Knee: Certainlybr>Kick: I haven't tried it yet, but I'm confident it will hold up under pressure. It's constructed in the style of a large water-based structure. Tank is completely full.

Get one of these aqua bags if you haven't already. Nothing beats the comfort and feel of landing a 1,2,3 on an aqua bag, and nothing beats the comfort and feel of landing a 1,2,3 on a heavy bag. They are as solid as a rock while absorbing your punches. I like to use a non-spinning bracket to hang them. I've got this one hung up with a title or a heavy bag spring from Everlast. It's truly amazing. The upper-body combos you can do with these are insane. All hooks, uppercuts, jabs, and other head attacks are perfect with this glove. I'd like to see a double one, similar to the double end bags, so that body shots could be taken.
It's not a good idea to use this bag exclusively for training. This bag is going to fulfill all of my requirements. However, I do not believe this bag can be used in place of a traditional heavy bag. I'm hanging it from the bottom of a bungee-mounted Virtec HAWK training dummy torso (similar to a BOB but with movable arms) as a strikable weight. The most obvious disadvantage of using this ball shape instead of a heavy bag is its small size; you won't be able to work low/high combinations with it. You're basically up against an obscenely large head. This is fine for "cardio" boxing training, but it's useless for actual combination training, and it's even worse for kickboxing or other martial arts that use the entire body. The bag is surprisingly hard, according to other reviewers, and I must agree. When filled with water, this ball has the same impact resistance as a high-quality sand-filled leather heavy bag. This isn't a con in my book, but if you're used to a soft foam bag like a wave master or something similar, you'll be disappointed. I wouldn't recommend hitting one of these with your bare hands for an entire workout, but once or twice while walking by shouldn't be an issue. Finally, expect to make a mess when it comes to filling this thing up. There is no on/off valve on the hose nozzle that comes with the bag. This means you'll either need someone standing outside next to the hose faucet (which can only be filled with a garden hose) or you'll have to run back and forth turning the water on and off. Neither of these options is perfect. Despite installing a valve between the hose and the nozzle, I managed to spill at least a quart of water. Overall, it's a good product, but it's only useful in a gym and isn't versatile enough to be your garage's only piece of equipment.
At my gym, I have three of these. My first gym had 20 heavy bags, but these take up a fraction of the space. They're fantastic for conditioning workouts, and I promote them on my Instagram page. br>br>I bought two and then added a third because I loved them so much and the company's customer service was fantastic. As a business owner, I was impressed with how quickly they responded to questions and problem-solving scenarios. I intend to expand my gym by three more by the end of the year. If you're looking for a unique way to.
This is by far the best bag I've ever had. My workouts have improved since I switched from my old Everlast to this bag. Because of my setup, no one in the house heard a sound when I finished my workout. Because the kids' rooms are above the garage, my Everlast bag would be audible throughout the house. br>br>At this point, there is no noise and no impact on the support beams. )br>br>Installation:
- I use my Everlast's existing hanging harness. br>- PerfectTech tie down straps have been installed in place of the chain. br>- The only issue I had was that the original plug that came in the bag was broken. br>br>I added Aoneky 220lb heavy springbr>br> Fortunately, a spare is included. I'm going to contact the seller to see if they can send me a replacement plug. br>br>It's worth it for an 18" 130lb man.
I thought I had the blue one, but it turned out to be the red one. Still a great product, which I use frequently at my new home gym and believe to be extremely sturdy and durable given the amount of abuse it receives. However, it is simply a colorful taylor-made boat buoy. The boat buoy will be my next purchase because the color does not matter and it is less expensive.
This is the best addition I've made to my shed. I'm proud to say that I bought a gym. br>br>During setup, you will likely get wet, especially if the bag is hung up. Bring a bucket and a couple of towells with you. br>br>You'll become addicted to the way it absorbs your punches while remaining relatively unmoved. br>br>Your punching power, as well as your kicking, will undoubtedly improve! For front and skip side kicks (Bruce Lee style), this is an excellent back. br>br>I'm looking forward to purchasing the head hunter once I have more space in my shed/gym.
