A medium is what I'd choose. My grandson wears a size 5 shoe, and while the medium fits, we'll need to upgrade to a large in the near future. I originally purchased a small, but the elastic toe pieces were too tight for him.
It's because it's attached to the stamping footpad.

Sparring was difficult for me when I first began karate as an adult. I was afraid of causing harm to myself or others. I began with various foot protection and no shin protection. br>These are a huge improvement. They don't slip off the tops of my feet and stay put. Cotton elastic runs across the bottoms of the feet, covering individual toes. They keep my feet warm and dry while preventing blisters. If you prefer, you can separate the feet and shins with Velcro at the ankle. They distribute the blue evenly, so I'm not concerned about being hurt by a kick or block at any time. Anyone would benefit from it. Especially if sparring is apprehensive for you.
My son enjoys being a part of the team.
Why doesn't the WKF logo appear on both the shin guard and the instep?.
It's safe for both myself and my opponent when I'm sparring.
Very good productbr>Perfect for my son who is a kárate practitioner.
