It's awesome to have these shin guards! The only issue I have is that they are too large Approximately 5'10" tall, I am from the Pacific Northwest. Since I am 5 foot tall and the Venum website's sizing chart said a large, I went with that size. When I check kicks, the calf strap digs into the inside of the knee. That makes it extremely uncomfortable. I am exchanging a medium for a large. It is highly recommended that you measure your shin, and check out the chart on the Venum site to ensure you are ordering the correct size. Heels feel great and look great, as well. I have made the necessary corrections. This pair of shin guards has a nice look and is of I wanted them to fit so badly that I didn't want to keep them. After wearing the large for a while, I decided to get a medium because the top strap irritated the inside of my knee when checking kicks or throwing knees. As far as the medium pair goes, I also had the same issue. In this case, the top strap is too close to the top of the bag. Could easily be a five star product if the top strap were about 2 inches higher. I may be able to use them, but not for.
