Is the small size good for a kid of 7 years old? These are the size of adults, or are they a bit smaller?

Since I began teaching martial arts some 40 years ago, I have been involved in it constantly. It has been my experience to buy a variety of sizes and types of safety equipment in addition to watching students figure it out for themselves. But your points I would make about these are that they seem to be very durable and very inexpensive. My smaller student wears the Smalls and they fit well the foot is only three inches long so it's pretty difficult to get the pad to fit that well, but they can still move around with him, and they can still spar with him.
