It looks like a large or a XL. My height is 5'7" 170, so the Small or Medium fit me, but I doubt it would be the same for
In my experience, the padding over the toes is fairly flexible and I haven't had any problems with my feet getting jammed. The MMA shin pads are less protective than my Venom pad (unlike mine) but keep in mind the MMA shin pads are more for fighting, therefore they are not as rigid.
These pads are great if you're a combat sports fan. It is annoying to watch them spin

It was hard for me to decide if I should leave a 4 or 5 star rating. In the end, I decided to leave 5 out because of their cost. I have tried other guards in the past, but these are right at the top for the price, and I have not seen anyone else at my gym using them. They feature a unique design that no one else has. The pros are 1) I like that the front pad is chunky but the sides are more subtle. I must then check my opponents' kicks accurately as I will feel it if I don't. The fact that many people will not find this appealing might not be for everyone. 2) Compared to other strap systems, the strap system is excellent. This is a nice tight fitting strap because the Velcro is attached through a slot on the opposite side which makes it easy to pull before attaching. It was a feature I was looking for specifically. 3) They are easy to transport because they are lightweight. In addition to using the gym, you will be able to go to and from the gym faster. 4) The three straps at the bottom are extremely helpful in keeping the gel foot pad in place. The cons are 1) Another reviewer noted that little orange dots littered the floor of the gym. I did not experience this the first couple times, and I thought that several improvements Not at all. You will be known by everyone who sees them. The final results are generally satisfactory for me. When I wear off some more of the grip dots I'll feel better about wearing shoes like.
". Despite the fact these pads are great at taking a beating, they put orange dots all along the straps that go under the feet (for traction), which would be great, but they rub right off. During the time I was training, my instructor forced me to clean the gym three times since tiny orange pieces of rubber were littering the floor.
The best thing about me is that I'm decent Quite large for a guy like me, but not insanely large Two hundred and twenty pounds and six feet tall. Longer Velcro straps would have been more convenient for me. Despite its light weight, the padding is thick. This is for people who are new to kickboxing and do not care about heavy It wouldn't be feasible to use these for heavy sparring or medium Bagwork can be done with them. These people seem to be in good health- These are made of light fabric, the size is small, and they weigh less than a pound. There is nothing wrong with either of those things, it is just something to keep in mind. It would be good if you looked elsewhere if you have larger calves.
Though the protection isn't as good as one would hope. Their lightness makes them easy to handle. I like how they fit and stay in place nicely. You get padding at the front of your shins, which is basically a thin piece of fabric. in this case, I wouldn't recommend using them if you are going to spar heavily. Use some bigger pads in that case to make life easier for yourself and your partner. Although I like these best for light sparring and training in everyday life.
I am 6' 208 lbs and have L/XL in size. It fits well. Although the padding is still stiff, it sits flat in my bag, since that is how the cushions are packed. It's nice that the strap fits snugly around my calf muscles with no overhang. The purpose of these pads was to combine the shin pad and the instep pad onto a single pair of pads to save time and money dressing two pairs. Even so, there is a slight tendency for my instep pad to roll to the outsides of my feet The foot does not appear to have been severely exposed. Ball straps with a textured surface appeal to me. There isn't enough traction to make the pad pull away from my toes, but I can tell it has helped my footing. As a result, the padding is much better than on the base model and I feel that my money is well spent. Good stitching on leg straps. Leg straps are wide, robust, and well built with a hook and loop closure that holds well.
The size for my shoes is 10. My height is 5'8" and my weight is 170 pounds. Having read the sizes provided on this site as well as on the Meister's site, it seems as though a "small/medium" should be suitable. The shoes, however, were too small and too Rather than exchanging them, I returned them as I was concerned the large would be too big. Apart from that, the shin guards didn't seem all that amazing given that they're supposed to be top of the line. These pads do not wrap around the sides of the lower leg at all instead, they just wrap around the very front of the shin (from the picture I should have predicted this).
I used to love Muay Thai brands previously. These are fantastic, I had typical Muay Thai brands before these, but I hated the big bulky shin guards, these are much better, padding is amazing, materials are tough and they stay in place, been using them for over a year now. I had a guy leg kick me full power and checked and felt no sting, just a bump. Or maybe since I have been training Muay Thai for eight years, I don't feel anything on my shins? There is no doubt the padding that covers the front of my ankle is important since most shin guards only protect the shin and foot, so any time someone blocks my high kick with their elbow, I don't get hurt! The white versions will definitely make their way into my collection once my black ones start to wear out!.
It's hard to find a better pair of shin pads than these! They have been used by all my family members and I have been training my three children with them I will be at 4 for 4 days. The average person works six hours a I can see some wear on the foot leather when I look at my pads. It is a fact that I have sweated out all these things every time I have worked out. A second pair just arrived in the mail. I am very satisfied with the value for.
