As I purchased these a few years ago, I do not remember the exact dimensions, but I don't remember the box being very large
Unfortunately, this is not a platform for your usage. In order to get different sizes, you would have to buy each piece separately.
The set I ordered over a year ago came in different sizes and so I know I have different ones now. In an effort to make it as simple as possible, you have to pick the size of each piece when you put it in your cart. There are drop down boxes where the recommended sizes can be selected. There is a Google search for "what is my glove size" that will tell you how to measure your hand for your glove size. The same goes for hat size. I have had this set for over a year, and I have used the hat and gloves frequently. The foot and shin pads have never been tried by me. Please accept my sincerest thanks for your time and consideration

You can get a good product overall depending on what your situation is. I like the price point the best about the set. In my search for the best price for the full set here and even on ebay since I am a cheap guy, this is my top pick over here. There is nothing I don't like about the quality of this product, except that the size is a little large. For the whole sparring kit, you can only choose one size. In terms of height, I am average sized, and I do not have a large or a small Gloves fit perfectly, but the headgear is extremely large, I can fit two fingers of space between my forehead and the headgear. My chin strap prevents it from falling off on the first contact if it weren't for it.
I think this is more an issue with how the product is purchased than with the quality of the product. If each piece of gear can have a size to select as well as a sizing chart, maybe I could buy XL gloves and a Large headgear during the selection process. That's all I have to say.
Already, the feet guards are beginning to fall apart and I have only had them a short time. Maybe it is worth a little extra to get a better product. It is worth the price you pay, however.
The gear for sparring is good. My favorite feature on the foot pads is that they have TWO straps. Fit is good, and the padding is dense and of good quality. The next time the time comes (hopefully not too soon), I will certainly buy these again.
