Though this is a kickboxing cup, I'm an amateur boxer, and it works just fine. Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, I haven't had a chance to test how it feels to be hit in the balls while wearing it. Although it's steel, it's really heavy. This boxing glove gives me the feeling of security and safety without hindering my movement in the Since I've never used anything like this before, I looked up instructions online on how to put it on. Make sure your future children, grandchildren, and so on are protected at all times.
