To be clear, I have a chubby 10-year-old who is about 55" tall and weighs 90 pounds. Although the smallest adult is a little too big for him, he could easily spar with it. It's just that he grows so quickly, and I figure in a few months he'll be the perfect size.

I really like this guard; I first used it at a Taekwondo tournament and found it to be very comfortable to wear and provide excellent protection. Although it was comfortable, it took a few minutes for me to get used to wearing it; however, after a while, I didn't even realize I was wearing it. Thanks!.
