I'm 5'7", 220 pounds, and have a 38 waist, so the XL is perfect for me. I continue to tighten the pull string. However, the band is forgiving, and I'm confident it would still fit if you lost weight using the pull string. If you want to go big, go for the large size.
The cup detaches from the strap, making cleaning a breeze.
Although there is a Youth version, there is also an Adult version available.

It's difficult to find a jock/cup that doesn't dig into my thighs as someone with large quads. But it stays in place and is a fantastic fit from the moment I put it on. Furthermore, I was concerned that the cup would compress the goods too much. Surprisingly, it has a deep contour and doesn't hit you in the face. It's the best of all sports because I use it for cycling, mma, and hockey. The measurements are correct. I'm 6' and 220 pounds, so I went with the XL. One thing I would recommend is pulling them up from the bottom thigh straps and waist band together, rather than just the waist band, to avoid ripping the straps around the cup pocket. Aside from that, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! br>If you are looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using.
), the Diamond Comp. This is it, shorts! It's not fun to have a hematoma in your testicles. Do you have any idea what a hematoma is? Internal bleeding and swelling, which I acquired following a blunt force trauma injury a few years ago. Unfortunately, I've never been the same, but I don't let it bother me. I participate in mixed martial arts (MMA) (techniques and styles include: Wrestling (techniques/styles include: Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Western Boxing, Kali, Savate, Wing Chun/JKD) and Muay Thai (styles include: Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Western Boxing, Kali, Savate, Wing Chun/JKD) Greco-Roman, Sambo, BJJ, and Judo are all examples of martial arts. With those styles listed, it's safe to say I've covered almost every eventuality, and I take injury protection very seriously. The Diamond MMA compression and jock combo was my first attempt. Despite the drawstring, I found these to slip too easily; the back of the shorts always seemed to fall down more than I would like; then there were multiple shock doctors that didn't last; and finally, the RDX cup was too small for my beanbag. I have a medium-sized beanbag, so I was surprised, but it didn't have the right shape for me, and I would poke out the sides. Finally, I returned to the Diamond brand because I had been so pleased with the cup previously, and let me state unequivocally that this is THE BEST. The cup is more comfortable than any of the others, and the stitching is of exceptional quality. Everything about the craftsmanship is excellent, and they have an excellent return and replacement policy. This is the cup to get, and it's well worth the money, in the opinion of a guy who considers his beanbag to be top priority. Is there anything wrong with it? The only thing that comes to mind is the cup itself, as well as the act of wearing it. It does restrict movement to some extent, such as getting a full pinch of your legs if you went to take someone's back, but this is a drawback of wearing any cup; there is a slight reduction in mobility, but overall this cup/jock is perfect.
**LOOK NO FURTHER! I am the husband of Christine, the account holder. I started Krav Maga about a month ago, and as you may or may not know, shooting the groin is not only permitted, but encouraged. I was stunned after receiving a couple of testicular shots while wearing a Hayabusa cup! I was convinced I was going to die, so I set out on a quest to find a more effective groin protector. After talking to other gym members and doing some research online, almost everyone and everything recommended that I try the Diamond groin protector. I put it on as soon as I got it and had my 11-year-old give me a half-hearted compliment. I took a huge kick to the groin and didn't feel a thing! The next day, I tried it out at the gym, and not only did I not feel any of the groin kicks, but the cup was also COMFORTABLE! I forgot I was wearing a groin protector after only a few minutes. Also, the size I ordered was perfect, so I am a very satisfied customer. This is, without a doubt, the best cup you will ever own! I would recommend skipping the compression shorts; I didn't find that they were necessary because the strap is so effective.
If worn for an extended period of time, it must be snugged up. This is my groin protection backup. As a first line of defense, I use the steel RDX MMA groin cup. The Diamond 4 strap cup is a little on the narrow side, but it still fits well. My waste ranges from 38 to 42 gallons per day. I bought the XL at 42 years old. The fit is excellent, and tightening the drawstring keeps it in place. When you wear it for a few hours while training, it loosens up in the legs, making the fit a little loose. When taking a hard groin shot, this provides just enough float for a shock impact. It's not painful, but it's enough to alert you to the fact that you've been struck. The shock has advantages in that it prevents you from becoming complacent when it comes to protecting your groin. Overall, this is a good product that outperforms everything I've owned before the RDX.
To begin with, the cup and jock complement each other extremely well. It's well-made and keeps its position. It will stay in place even if you fire shot after shot, run around, and act crazed. The bad news is that some idiot decided it would be a good idea to use cheap a$$ screen printing right next to your beans and frank. All of the printing that isn't visible in the photo was firmly adhered to my mushroom cap. Not joking, I had to scrub the tip with a scrub brush. When I gave up and asked my wife to try scraping some off when it became too sensitive, she laughed, so I'm going to try scrubbing the remaining print off the jock before putting it on again. It's a real pain.
Because the bottom is too wide, the inner thighs are constantly pressed. It is, without a doubt, powerful. Yes, I saw the video of it being run over by a car. The jock strap is, in fact, well-designed. It's just that the bottom of the cup is a little too wide. Maybe the reviewers who said you can't even feel it have a thigh gap, because I knew I couldn't wear it the moment I tried it on. It prevents me from putting my inner thighs together, which affects my stances and movement, as well as exerting constant, uncomfortable pressure on my inner thighs. It would be excruciating to sit in class for an hour wearing this.
