In short, yes.
I would probably choose the medium size, but I am comfortable with the large size. As a lean build at 6'1" and 170 lbs, I am 170 lbs and 6'1" tall.
It measures waist size. I suggest you use its size chart to estimate for waist size.

Although it performed well, he didn't find the size to be suitable. This shoe does its job and, depending on your shoe size and body type, you might find it perfect. His balls stayed safe in place, since he was held in place by his feet.
Drills and combat training are the two most important times to do this.
improved my game from not being able to do so. This product has proved to be very useful to me (I train Jiu-jitsu). Suddenly, I didn't have to worry about getting kicked in the balls anymore, which made a huge difference to my game. The medium size does fit me (I'm 5'11", 155 lbs), and I've tried a small size but it was too small for me.
The large fits me perfectly as I have a 34-inch waist.
Very well suited to my needs My first use of it didn't make me realize I had it on.
It fits perfectly and he is happy with it. My sincere thanks.
