They're a pair, and they're fantastic. Do exactly what they are supposed to do, which is to protect my arms.

These were purchased for my father, who has a lot of bruises on his arms. I was concerned that they would be too big for him because he is a small man (5'6"). I ordered a small and they fit perfectly; they also fit my husband (5'8"), who has stockier forearms. He said they'd be perfect for our biting dog! They aren't heavy or bulky in any way. Because my father suffers from severe arthritis and cannot deal with Velcro, I like that they simply slip on and off. The padding is exactly what I was looking for. Just the right amount of protection without being too confining or restricting; highly recommended!.
This item is made up of two parts. I was under the impression that I would require two items. It was deceiving because, for the price of $, the package included both left and right. On a hot day, the fabric sweats profusely, but they still function. Do not attempt to return them, however. Amazon's return policy has become a lot more lenient. If you need two people to wear them, order two.
These were purchased for my grandson, who is 7 years old and not particularly tall for his age. He likes how they fit and intends to wear them. I believe they are still a little too big for him, but the elastic keeps them in place well enough to keep a young child happy. This pad also fits my other grandson, who is ten years old, and I believe it fits him as well as you would expect. They appear to be well made, especially given the low price, which is significantly lower than many other pads I looked at online and in stores. At their level, I'm confident it'll hold up and provide ample protection for the rest of the season and possibly into next year. Because I just bought them, I can't speak to their durability, but the quality on the surface leads me to believe that it was not a waste of money.
I'm on the smaller side and usually wear XS tops, but this one was way too big for me, and the Small fits my husband (who normally wears a men's M). I wish you'd released an XS version! I could use padding on both sides as well. Aside from that, everything is fine.
He's prone to mishaps, so this will keep his arms from being cut or bruised. They are extremely comfortable and well-fitting. Because these guards are designed for football players, they should keep my father's forearms safe.
