It's pretty good to have an exercise mat like this. My child can sit next to me and practice yoga with me when I practice yoga. We can sit on it and play games together as well. The mat has a very good anti-skid surface and is quite thick. I opened it at first only to find it reeking of a little odor. Now that I have wiped it all over, it does not smell bad.
