Is this an adult size or a youth size?

In a way, both. I wore size X-small clothes on my daughter when she was 9 years old A small size. We both wear a small now, whilst I own a pair that fits a medium. I do not know how small you would like them to go, but they do have Velcro on the straps to tighten them.

The wrist bands were $50, so I was expecting a new one. When my daughter and I opened them, we were so disappointed. There's a lot of wear and tear on it! The item bears the name of somebody. I feel sad to understand that we're supposed to think this product is new when it's not. I couldn't agree more!.

There is an 80-pound weight difference between my daughter and me. This is her first time vaulting at level 6 and these wrist supports were just what she needed. As one of the coaches explained, these are used by gymnasts when they do a back handspring to enter a vault. The vault floor is different from the floor exercise floor, since it does not have springs. However, we ordered a size small, and they are too small for my 5'2" 80lb 6th grade gymnast. She is extremely I sent back the SMALL size after finding out that body weight may not be an accurate way of estimating wrist size. I ordered a medium size. Our group received SMALL once It's our third attempt we're annoyed, but we're going to try again.

I am amazed

My initial reservations were justified, but they turned out to be terrific. Having weak wrists for 8 years and being a gymnast for 11 years is not good for my athletic career. I can tumble now without having to wipe away tears for the first time in a long time. This has been the first time in a long time that I am not required to ice them both upon returning home. Now that I can actually concentrate on my form rather than bracing myself for impact and wrist pains, I can really focus on my performance. I love these so much. A worthwhile investment. There is always. One cent.

It is perfect for gymnasts who experience pain in their wrists or who are fatigued

A friend of my daughter recommended that I purchase this item for her. There are two different levels of gymnast (skills). After working out at the gym for three hours, I noticed my daughter's wrist was getting tired as she was learning her backhand springs. Her wrist has not been injured since she purchased these. While they are bulky when they are worn, they are comfortable and give her excellent support! Although these are costly, compared to the cost of being injured, they are worth the money! We therefore think it is worth it to spend It is the perfect color for her to compete in. There is no deduction of points when she uses them. Purchasing additional pads that can be obtained separately would be a wise decision. This is just to have on hand. I hope you find this review useful!.

What a fantastic set of pictures! I get so much support and no pain doing gymnastics as an adult with weak wrists. In the beginning it was a little stiff, but by the end it was relaxing Three uses was enough for them to get comfortable.

Despite the fact that this is my first review on Amazon, I had to write one. She has been limping from a bad wrist injury from gymnast wrist for three months. She is in competition cheer. She no longer experiences any pain after wearing this brace for less than a week! I use it for both practice and competition. She wears it all the time. It is so kind of you. I really appreciate it.
