This bar has proven to be an excellent tool for at-home practice. The legs are the ideal length for support; It hasn't swayed in any way. When we set the bar for him to do pull-ups at its highest point, It has a slight jingle near the adjustment knob, but no movement is discernible. The wood bar is splinter-free and smooth. He has unrestricted movement, and a little chalk provides him with the ideal grip. br>br>Assembly was simple and took about 30 minutes for one person to complete. The material is thick, heavy, and precise. All of the holes were in the right place, and everything was in the right place. Two outward-pulling knobs make it simple to adjust the bar without having to unscrew it. When you get it where you want it, the holes line up nicely, and the knob pops right back into place. br>br>The bottom crossbar is in desperate need of a soft covering. At the very least, a two-inch mat is recommended. We went with the Titan brand, and it's perfect. The crossbar is still discernible, but landing on it isn't painful. br>br>I'm glad I went with this bar after doing a lot of research. There are less expensive options available, but I doubt they'd be as reliable and well-made. built in the same way. Grandchildren who are almost three years old. Sturdiness is the most important factor to consider. I also wanted to ensure that the bar was made of birch rather than fiberglass. This appears to be quite durable. If you're curious about height adjustments, we initially set it at 36 inches, but within 60 seconds, they requested that it be raised. When they were hanging from it, their knees were almost touching the mat, which we had also purchased. We raised it to a height of 4 feet (I believe), giving it plenty of room to grow. The hardware for adjusting the height appears to be quite durable.
The level of excellence is outstanding. The bar itself is made of real wood, not a knockoff like some others available on Amazon. It was even presented in a beautiful way. Nothing could slide or bounce around because everything was secured. You can tell that the company is concerned about the quality of its products and how they are delivered to customers. The only problem is that I didn't get any instructions, but figuring it out isn't difficult.
This bar is of excellent quality, and the reasonable price only adds to its appeal. The box arrived without instructions, but I was able to call the company, and after a few selections, a representative answered, and I received instructions via email within minutes. I would strongly suggest it.
This is a good kip bar; it's built like a tank, and my girls love it. I'm about 200 pounds, and I have no trouble using it.

My daughter, who is nine years old, has been doing gymnastics since June of 2018. We purchased this item as a less expensive alternative to the Tumbl Trak Junior Bar Pro. The difference between real uneven bars and this bar took some getting used to when she was doing skills, but she was able to use it as intended. She's working on her kip at the moment - "She's an inch away," she claims. " First and foremost, if you purchase a bar like this, I strongly advise you to purchase a springboard; we purchased the Z ATHLETIC Junior Springboard, and she has been able to practice her competition routine since then. This bar is best used for conditioning exercises, but not pull-ups. She dislikes doing push-ups because she can touch the floor at the highest setting. I had planned to show a video of her demonstrating some of her abilities, but life got in the way. I believe I will be able to incorporate it into this post if I am successful.
