No, this bar does not require anchoring. Because the legs are angled, it will not tip. It's not supposed to be anchored in any way. It is used by my ten-year-old son, but I have also tried it. This bar stays put even though I am 120 pounds and 5'4" tall. The rubber on the bottom of the legs ensures that it will not slide around. This is a fantastic product!
My daughter doesn't move it nearly as much as I do. She only weighs about 60/65 pounds. Perhaps a set of free weights or a set of heavy bags?
Yes, I purchased it for my granddaughter, but it has already been used by my daughter, who weighs 130 pounds.

This was a Christmas present for my 8-year-old granddaughter, and it wasn't supposed to arrive until after the holidays. This was the only thing she wanted for Christmas, and it arrived on Christmas Eve thanks to Amazon. What a pleasant surprise: it is sturdy, heavy-duty, and easy to assemble. It's a fantastic product and service, and it's pink! Thank you for going above and beyond to get the package to me in time for Christmas!.
I bought this for my 8-year-old daughter to use while her school is closed due to COVID-related issues. She has been flipping, balancing, and performing tricks because she enjoys it. It was very simple to put together and transport. My only complaint is that it is lightweight, and she can easily move around on it. To keep it stable, I'm placing 10 pound weights on opposite corners. I'm going to figure out a way to secure all four corners. Aside from that, this is a great alternative to YouTube videos of other kids having fun, LOL.
Very good bar we liked it 100% My daughter can improve her skills the only contrary side is it needs to be waited we knew before we purchased it or if using outside put When casting or doing back hip circles, the base will want to lift; this isn't a problem; we simply put weight on it.
This was a Christmas present for my daughter. She is a gymnastics beginner who enjoys using the bars. This was extremely simple to assemble. It only took me and a friend about 30 minutes to put it together, and it even came with all of the necessary tools. It is extremely durable. br>br> When my daughter (who weighs around 80 pounds) sits on it, it doesn't move. When I'm on it, as a 135-pound woman, it does slide a little. When I place weights in front of it, however, it remains in place. br>br>It feels solid, looks great, and my daughter plays with it a lot. Because it's lightweight, we're keeping it in the living room for now and will move it to the garage once the weather warms up. br>br>I bought a matt to put under it, but I'll have to get another because most matts aren't wide enough to cover the entire area beneath the bar. It's adjustable, so it'll grow with her. br>br> br>br>She stated that this is her all-time favorite gift and that she will use it frequently. My purchase has satisfied me.
Other than that, it's fine, and it serves its purpose admirably. The holes in the bar height adjustable posts, on the other hand, are drilled incorrectly. center. This could just be ours, but we have to clamp ours down really tight because we can't put the bolt through the hole on one side and have to eyeball the height to get the bar level on that side. I have not contacted the company for a replacement because it still works.
Despite the glowing reviews, I had my doubts. Our daughter is enamored with it and has been practicing every day since we set it up. Setting it up was a breeze. In under 30 minutes, you'll be done. Extremely durable. Our daughter is ten years old and weighs /- a hundred pounds I flipped around on it as well, and I'm 140 pounds. This item is extremely durable.
My daughter, who is seven years old, is studying level two. 3 skills. We thought she'd enjoy practicing at home with this bar. We had made a mistake. Every time she tries a new skill, she lands on her feet or sways. We've double-checked all of the bolts to make sure everything is secure, but that isn't the problem.
It is very popular with my 70-pound daughter. She claims that her friend owns the (expensive) Tumbl Trak bar, which is much more stable. It's also not difficult to put together. My only gripe is that there is chalk all over the place, but this is not the fault of the bar:.
