As far as I recall, there are two sizes, and I would go for the larger one.
The 18"- and 20"-sized ones are available A size like that is meant There are 24 days, 28 days, and 29 days in each year In total, 32 sizes are available in Leg length is what determines whether a person wears a boot. By way of example, my waist measurement is 32 inches, and my inseam is 34 inches. Although it is possible to use 28s, it put the hole that I use very near the end of the webber, and I prefer that it be near the middle.
Yes, this pair of leathers is one pair.
These stirrup straps are as strong as leather, and they come in a standard 1" width. You can adjust the length very quickly and easily with these buckles - Here is the description of the Wintec Webbers I copied from a different tack store.

These 24' Webbers will do the trick for any short, petite, or vertically challenged person! My shoes fit perfectly on almost the last hole, even though I am only 5'2". My preference is for the Webbers over the traditional stirrup leathers because they are much easier and quicker to adjust and with less leather under your leg, they are less likely to pinch. Because of their high quality, I gave them a 4 star rating. However, they should be able to do the job and am expecting them to last a long time.
I'll probably put these on all my saddles.
I have owned several sets of these and appreciate them very much. Strong, thin, and synthetic, they have a very good feel to them. Rather than two straps, you use one under your leg with them. You need to bear in mind two things. This is 1. The top of the stirrups has a loop that connects to the metal bar that holds the stirrups on the saddle. There are saddles that have a loop there that is closed, and these do not function The second paragraph. The stirrup leathers used by this company are different from those used by other companies. You may want to look at them in the store to get a feel for them if you're unfamiliar.
These are super easy to put up and adjust. They are also way easier to maneuver while in the saddle. In contrast to traditional leathers, they are much more comfortable under your leg and much less bulky. It's a good buy, I will purchase them again when they become available.
If you want exact leg measurements, be sure to measure them. You won't get black or blue bruises from them, but they lessen the bulk on your thighs. You have a keeper on your hands.
It's a great idea to have these. Sadly, the quality of this item is terrible. A saddle made of nice leather will get rubbed to death by the edges of this. Maybe they'll work on a wintec saddle, but I'm not going to experiment with them on my Solo. I'm bummed because I think that the idea is fascinating.
Even with the shortest hole, the 32' was too long for me. I am 5'5" and have long legs, so the 32' would have been too long for me.
A removable stirrup leather that does not take up a lot of room. My height is 5'9", I ride dressage and am good-length for my height.
