This is what the Buckle Rubs smell like Make sure they are worn OVER your socks

There is a chance to give this item 4 stars, but the adjustable buckle (the part that slides back and forth) constantly rubs on the bottom of my foot or on the side of my foot near or on the ankle. It has been my experience that if I wear my socks first, attach the strap to my pants, then place the strap over my socks, the buckle will not rub me or be as noticeable. The design of this item rubs so I would like to see another design that doesn't rub.

It is very easy to grip them! As a horse rider, I use these to keep my riding pants from crawling up my leg while I am in the saddle
