greater than six feet tall
There is no grip or handle.
Sorry, it's up in the barn, somewhere between 6 and 8 a.m., off the top of my head. I use it to lunge my ponies and it's about 8 feet long. It's the most common size for these items. I have a total of six, all of which are in the same price range.
Both ponies and horses can be led with this lead. I hope this information is useful.

The color is exactly what I was looking for, a vibrant red, and it appears to be fairly durable. The fabric is very soft, and it took some time to get used to, but I like it. I wore it with the Tough 1 Economy Halter, and the colors go together beautifully! The only difference is that the lead rope's clasp and hardware are gold, while the halter's are silver, but this isn't a big deal because they otherwise look great for the price. This purchase, as well as the price, has made me very happy!.
From the field, lead the horse to the barn and then back to the field. We began using it shortly after Christmas, and after the second use, the weave is loosening and exhibiting large loop pulls. I was disappointed after the second use when it began to fall apart, as I had expected. Buyer beware. br>As it stands, do your homework and pay the price to get a better product. This Christmas gift will have to be repurchased by April for a birthday present. a product from a different manufacturer/supplier.
This product has a nice color to it, and it appears to be a good lead rope. Because it's made of nylon, however, it slips when I tie it in my tack shed. My horse has discovered that if he pulls on it, it will slide, allowing him to move more freely. Fortunately, he's a bit of a slug and takes his time with it. If you're tying your horse to a post, I wouldn't recommend this; it's fine for cross ties but not for tying.
These were purchased for our one-year-old German shepherds to use as drag lines. They're a good length and soft, but the rope's diameter is a little small, and even a single dog will hurt your hands unless you wear gloves. I wouldn't use these as a horse lead unless the horse is exceptionally well-trained.
The hardware is solid and of high quality. The rope is a little too thin and soft, which is my only complaint. I'd prefer a thicker rope, but for the price, it's fine.
I bought this lead rope to use as a heavy-duty leash for my Great Dane, and it exceeded my expectations. When she pulls on the lead rope, the latch is secure, and the material is soft but tough.
To have on hand, I needed a couple of extra lead ropes. These were on hand, and they were perfect. I haven't used them yet, but they appear to be durable, and the clip appears to be strong.
It satisfies all of the requirements while also being softer than many lead ropes. It appears to be durable, and everyone in the stable appears to have one.
