There was no lead in mine. The halter, on the other hand, is something I really like. They were purchased in pairs.
This is the size of a typical horse. For a llama, this is way too big. Unless you're able to retie the entire thing.
My horse stands at least 16 hands tall and has a big head. With the additional space, it fits him perfectly. In addition, the halter can be adjusted to some extent.
You can change the size of the knot on the far side (right side) by letting out/taking up more length. It's on the other side of the clasp in the photo.

I've found that the hook halter is much easier to use, especially when dealing with young stock that doesn't always have the patience to stand while being tied. With the hook, you can simply fasten it and go, practicing patience as needed. I've seen a lot of kids run away during the tying process, which can lead to more issues down the road. I understand the importance of having metal-free halters, but there's also a safety factor in the catch. br>I've tried converting tie halters to hooks, but the cost of the hook alone, plus the time it takes to redesign the halter, isn't worth it. This is an excellent example of a well-written essay. It's a well-made halter that's easy to adjust for size.
This halter appeals to me, but it is too small for my horse. He's in the fifteenth grade. 3 WB, with a cob on the loose holes and a horse size on the smallest holes in fly masks, halters, and bridles, depending on the brand. This is the first time I've had to adjust the loosest setting on a horse size headgear to make it fit. However, it fits well and is much easier to put on and take off than traditional rope halters. Other reviews say it's plenty big, so perhaps the sizing varies depending on who ties the knots. Just keep in mind that if it doesn't fit, you'll have to return it.
This halter has been in my possession for more than a year. It's so simple to put on and take off that I love it. It was put to the ultimate test the other day when my horse put it to the ultimate test. While still tied, I was able to pull back my hair. She's a capable mare weighing in at 1200 pounds. The halter did not break, snap, or lose its shape in any way. I purchased one for a friend who suffers from arthritic hands, and she adores it. br>Get yourself a copy. You will not be disappointed if you choose this option.
the appropriate size - excellent quality It comes highly recommended. This one was a perfect fit and a good size. I was concerned about how much it would change. as well as others. The proportions were perfect. It's a good product that was well-made. It's something I'd strongly suggest. This one is far superior to the other of its kind that we have.
I have MS and have hand dexterity issues, and these halters are incredibly simple to put on and take off. Plus, even if they're sized for average to large quarter horses, they'll fit a smaller cobb size horse well enough to use safely, so you can use them interchangeably. They're also quite lovely. Friends and my veterinarians have all complimented me on my appearance. I was so pleased with my first one that I purchased a second. The turquoise is also quite lovely.
I'm only five feet tall. It was difficult to put a rope halter on a tall horse. This is a surefire winner thanks to the mustang clip. It's incredibly simple to put on. leave the ground It has a good grip. I would strongly suggest it.
I paid twice as much for a similar one from a prestigious horse trainer. I believe he purchased these and then raised the price by claiming to have made them himself, lol. The clip is extremely useful. There will be no tying of knots. The knots and the sturdy rope give you more control than a harness halter. Mules, donkeys, and horses will love it.
It's easy to put on and take off once you've adjusted it to your horse's head. I purchased one for my old horse about four years ago, and it is still in good working order.
