I have rated this review as three stars. It is a compromise purchase not because the product fails, but because it falls short of expectations. In brief, if you are not a fighter/athlete, and you have a strong interest in working out, this should work for you temporarily. Those who work in the fitness industry or own gyms should not buy this since ROI is not in the design. Those who are unfamiliar with this issue, should not overspend until they are certain, and then this will mostly suit their.
