Contacted the company as soon as possible and they sent me another bag. They stayed in touch throughout the entire process, which was nice! The assembly was simple. The stand is easy to arrange and it holds a lot of water. Although it says to put sand in the bottom of the tub, in my opinion water should be fine. A few times too many. A great time was had by all. Three weeks or so. I've never boxed before (I'm too big) so I may just have heavy hands.
