I put these on today and went to the gym for leg day and glutes, and let me tell you, my legs were so hot they raised my body heat, (I also wore my waist trimmer) it was an amazing experience. I was exhausted after wearing them for two hours and possibly another half hour. I noticed I was dripping from under my thigh trimmers after I finished working out. While working out, I had the impression that they were sliding a little, but they never did. I believe it was just because I was hot and sweaty. It was an incredible experience, and I can't wait to use these on legs days to raise my overall body temperature and sweat more. When using this, I would strongly advise you to drink a lot of water.

I'm 5'4" and weigh 135 pounds. I wear a size 4 in jeans. The M and the 6 are a perfect match. Fits well under leggings and doesn't slide down as you work out. I have a home gym, so I don't mind how they look, but they can be seen through leggings, and they're a little bulky, so I can see why some people wouldn't want to wear them to the gym in public. They do, however, function admirably.

*eyeroll* I ordered these thigh trimmers, but instead received a waist trainer. If the seller was out of stock, they could have simply informed me rather than taking a chance and sending me the incorrect item. I'm sure I'm going to get back at them with this. br>br>I ended up ordering these thigh trimmers from the official Sports Research website, and I gave them five stars because I absolutely love them. As a short woman, I've noticed that when my body retains water, it always seems to affect my thighs/calves the most, so these trimmers help me sweat out a lot while I run and lift. It's absolutely incredible. br>br>By the way, I use them on my calves as well, and they work great! It is possible to use two trimmers at once. I can do this because I'm wrapped. br>br>Excellent product; I use these with the waist trainer for all of my workouts. br>br>Don't expect these to magically suck out all your fat; however, they WILL improve the quality of your workouts, which can have a significant impact on weight loss/weight maintenance. routine upkeep.

I REALLY LIKE THESE! I understand that they are for your thigh, but the arm ones are too small for me and do not cover enough of my arm to be useful. I decided to give it a shot. The only thing I wish I had done differently was to order a small instead of a medium. It's a little too loose for what I'm looking for. I used the sweet sweat paste with the band, which I like to wear when I clean. There's a significant difference, in my opinion.
