After pulling my hamstring a few weeks ago, I've been using this item to help me get back into dancing. It has proven to be extremely beneficial to me - It not only feels good, but it also works! I am a 5'6" 132lb girl who needed to order an XXL (despite the fact that my legs are quite slim, as you can see in the photo).

This product was purchased to aid in the recovery of a hamstring injury that appeared to be high hamstring tendonitis. The compression was able to significantly reduce the pain I was experiencing while walking and sitting, and in some cases completely eliminate it. After a few weeks, the compression began to feel a little looser. While my leg was in better shape than when I first started using it, I still wanted to keep the compression pressure I had when I ordered the product, and Sparthos sends out emails following up with customers about purchases, so I happened to notice it when the problem arose. The customer service representative was extremely accommodating and understanding, offering either a full refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement, which I received today in the mail. I don't usually write reviews, but given how committed this company is to making sure their customers are happy with their purchases, it would be remiss of me not to share my experience.

I measured the middle of my right thigh and it was 19 3/4". According to their sizing, L is available up to 19 3/4" in length, while XL begins at 19 3/4". I went with L because I wanted to make sure I had enough compression. It fits perfectly, despite the fact that my leg is on the larger side for a size L. I receive a pleasant surprise. It has a tightening effect. It is a good length. From my crotch to my knee, it covers my entire thigh. It's a little long, but the fabric is stretchy, so I can cut it down to fit my leg better. br>br>The fabric is thick and coarsely woven, much coarser and thicker than the calf sleeves I have from CWX. This keeps them nice and warm in the winter but too hot in the summer. The quality is excellent, and they appear to be long-lasting, with silicone bands around the insides of the ends to prevent slippage. At first, I found the silicone to be a little sticky and uncomfortable, and the coarse weave made me itchy, but after a few hours of wearing them, I became accustomed to the sensation. I've been wearing them for two days now, and I'm starting to get used to how they feel. I can wear them all day without any problems. br>br>I would recommend these to anyone in cool to medium temperatures without reservation. My CWX sleeves have a thinner/tighter weave, so I deducted one star for that. I'd give it four and a half stars if I could. When you first take it out of the package, there is a chemical odor that goes away after about half an hour.

I got the replacement because I was desperate for the sleeve. They delivered it to me extremely quickly and at no cost. I work in the entertainment department at Busch Gardens, and I can tell you that it's a blast. It's a BLESSING to have this. It's perfect for me. It fits perfectly and doesn't slide even when you're sweating profusely and moving around a lot. It's soft and just the right amount of snug. It has made my leg injury much more bearable, and I am now able to work without requiring any accommodations or additional breaks. Thank you so much for all of your assistance, Laura. The 2- The compression sleeves in this pack are of excellent quality. They provide light support, which is exactly what I needed. However, there are a couple of cautions: Keep an eye on the sizing; I usually wear a medium in everything, but I needed an XL in these, and the XLs are a little tight. Second, if you're going to run in these, you'll either need both or risk a brush burn on your leg if you don't wear a sleeve.

I ordered the medium sleeves because my upper thighs are about 20" around and I usually wear medium-sized clothing. I was concerned that they were too tight at first, but my circulation was never hampered, and I quickly grew accustomed to the sensation. They didn't need to be adjusted while running because they stayed put. The build quality is excellent, and the cost is reasonable. I adore them!.
