I recommend that you buy and try it because the measurements on the package are for the maximum circumference. It worked for my husband because he has slim legs. My husband altered the fit with scissors to better support a groin strain that had moved up his thigh. The brace, which is surprisingly strong and long-lasting, was not damaged as a result of the cut. If you need to make the circumference of your hip or leg smaller than the brace design, a shoemaker should be able to modify the velcro fastenings. My husband was able to continue playing baseball while the strain healed thanks to this brace.

So it's been almost a month since I got this. I'm suffering from sciatica, balance issues, a hip impingement, a labrum tear, and a slew of other issues. I wanted something that would provide some stability and, if only temporarily, pain relief. This made a huge difference. My hip is always giving out on me, which causes me to lose my balance and fall frequently. About 70% of the time, this solved that. It's not perfect, but I'm glad I can get around without using my cane on occasion. I can also walk for longer periods of time without becoming uncomfortable or in pain. It also aids in the treatment of my sciatica. To be honest, I'm overjoyed with my purchase. It will help me until I can get surgery, and I'm hoping it will also help after that. I can't wear jeans because they dig into my hips and cause them to lock up. But I can wear jeans for an hour without wanting to rip them off. It's extremely comfortable to wear under yoga pants or sweatpants. Even though I have extremely sensitive skin, it does not chafe or irritate it. Some jeans I can get away with wearing underneath, but others, such as skinny or form-fitting jeans, are best worn over. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. It also comes with a small travel bag, which I like. For the most part, I find this to be breathable; however, if it's 100 degrees outside, it can get a little stuffy. Apart from that, it's a good film.
I've had problems with sciatica for a while. I went to a chiropractor and got great results but wasn't at 100%. The sciatica problem became more of a nagging issue. The use of ODOFIT has brought me a great deal of relief. I'm hoping it will go on until the issue is resolved. That is something we will look into later.
This is my second thigh brace; the first one was okay, but not great, and it came from a different company. The first one had a problem with being too short to be worn around my waist and strapped to my thigh without rubbing against my groin. This Odofit brace is ideal for my needs. It's long enough to cover my waist as well as the area on my thigh where I need it without putting pressure on my groin. There are also three straps that secure the thigh portion of the brace, making it extremely tight and secure. It's also a little heavier (thicker) than my previous brace, but it's still gentle on my skin. I would strongly suggest it!.

I wish the leg portion of the brace could be higher up for my injury. My hamstring is injured at the point where it attaches to my leg. This would be ideal for anything with a lower price point.
