It was disappointing

KT Tape "Pro" is not as adhesive as regular "Pro" KT Tape. For the past year, I've been using KT tape. My meniscus is now completely gone, so I needed surgery. I'm not sure why this version (Pro Extreme) is less adhesive than the others, but it is. Unfortunately, I purchased three rolls because I had such good luck in the past. . . before purchasing "extreme. " It just doesn't stick as well or as long as it used to. 😣.

This tape can be used to treat a wide range of injuries and aches and pains. I've been using it on my elbow for a few months now, and not only has it improved my performance, but it's also reduced my pain. It was well worth it, ten out of ten.

This is something I use all the time and everywhere, and it lasts for days despite showers and sweat if applied properly (that is, not on top of body hair, dude). I run 15 to 20 miles every day, so I'm well-versed in the subject.
