I received a C on my report card. In December, I purchased a steel-framed building. To help me regain my hourglass figure, I purchased a boned waist trainer. I read in a group that combining your corset wearing with "the tape method" can help you get better results, especially if you have a mother's apron like I did from the C-section. section. I chose this tape to work with after conducting a quick Google and YouTube search on the tape method. The first few times I taped myself up, it was also difficult to lace up the trainer on my own. I eventually got the hang of both and am seeing significant results from a combination of waist training, thigh/arm wrapping, tape method, drinking plenty of water, and reducing my overall portion size. It takes time and patience to regain your shape with this method, but it also takes time to gain weight and change your body in order to have a baby, so I'm grateful to have the option since cosmetic surgery is currently out of my budget. br>br>Although the tape isn't particularly sticky, I haven't had any problems with it sticking. It's possible that's because I use a lot of it for each application, and it overlaps itself instead of being used in single strips as it is for sports taping. I did, however, use a strip for a plantar's injury for about five days and it worked fine, so I have no complaints.
I've previously used a different brand that worked well, but this one was a waste of money, leaving my skin red and irritated after removal.
I only had it on for about 12 hours before I got an irritant dermatitis rash. I'm still dealing with it after over a week of slathering hydrocortisone cream four times a day. Never again, please! I immediately tossed it. br>On top of that, the adhesive didn't stick in the first place and the edges kept peeling away. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to throw this product away!.
It provides excellent support and, in my opinion, outperforms all other products in terms of stabilization and injury prevention. When I was in physical therapy for a knee problem, I was introduced to this tape. I experienced immediate pain relief. One drawback is that it's difficult to obtain the tape's backing. It's not difficult to get rid of the tape. Kinesio tape/bandage is a product I strongly recommend.
My physical therapist recommended this tape to help with post-mastectomy trunk lymphedema after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I cannot express how beneficial this tape has been to me. I'm not sure how it works, but it seems to work. That is, for me.
It gave me a terrible rash the first time I used it. Itching and itching and itching and itching and itching and itching and itching and itching.
I use the tape to keep track of my blood sugar levels. It's a fantastic deal!.
